Great experience starting with the friendly check-in, the thorough eye exam by Dr. Pelitsky, picking out new frames (which I'm super excited about the ones I decided on... great selection at this location), and through the check-out process. In addition to the staff helping me find some new, cute frames, they were also very thorough on frame to face/eyes measurements, explaining the lens details, and total costs breakdown.

Dr did not do half of the things any other eye doctor would do. He did not check depth perception, reading ability (even though I said several times I thought her glasses were for reading), he didn't look at her eyes close up or do any of the normal move your eye around and follow the object type of tests. He had never seen my daughter before so I was a bit surprised. I will not be visiting this Pearle again.

All around great experience with Dr. Pelitsky and all the staff. I trusted him completely. My 7 year old, 5 year old, and I together had eye exams appts, and he did a great job juggling the three of us. He was efficient, extremely thorough, incredibly knowledgeable, and great with the kids.
We all got new frames as well, and the woman who helped us pick out and order frames was very attentive, kind, and provided fantastic service. I was very impressed all around.

I took my daughter for her kindergarten eye exam. Everything went smoothly, quick visit and no wait. I took a star away because we were told that they needed to do a special test to take a picture of the inside of my daughter's eyes. What we weren't warned about was that it would flash when the picture was taken, and it scared my daughter enough that she refused to have a picture taken of her other eye. The test itself is fine and the doctor was very nice, but when working with kids, especially nervous ones, being clear about exactly what is going to happen is really important.
