Very friendly staff and a thorough examination. Dr. Shah took time to make sure her evaluation was accurate by completing and explaining multiple tests. I was referred to a specialist and that appointment was made by the associates at the check-out desk before I left! Every person I encountered throughout my visit was friendly and professional.

From the time I checked in for my appointment to the time I was told I could leave without stopping at checkout --my experience was excellent. I saw Dr. Shah because of a concern I had in one of my eyes. Dr. Shah and all the staff were kind, very helpful and efficient. I was in and out of the office within an hour despite the waiting room being somewhat full of patients. I always recommend Suburban Associates in Opthalmology when asked for a referral. I've been going there since 2012.

Went for my yearly check-up. Front desk staff very friendly and professional. I did like the tablet format on filling out information instead of using pen and paper. The technician I worked with was great! Explained the process very clearly. Not sure of her name (LIsa maybe). Dr. Shah was great! Very personable. My only question was that even though my glasses were sufficient, she did write a prescription but wasn't sure the cost. She told I didn't need to fill it, but would've liked to know approx cost. Other than that, great experience!

The PA or assistant was very pleasing and knowledgable on all questions asked. She did a great job. Dr Shah is a great doctor in all aspects of the patient's care. Thank you doc.
