Eyemax Vision

I have been a long time, loyal patient with Eyemax Vision ever since they first opened. Eyemax always treat me like family when I come, and the welcoming and friendly atmosphere is refreshing. Dr. Aung and Kunimura always provide comprehensive care and goes into detailed explanation about the health of my eyes. They show me the images of the back of my eyes and explain throughly what was seen and provide valuable recommendations. Recently I visited Eyemax to get my very first prescription polarized sunglasses. The office Manager Dana took the time to show me different frames and gave recommendations on what frame would go well with my face. Dana was aware that this was my first pair of rx sunglasses and was very patient answering my many questions. Louren was very kind and friendly and did my pre-exam testing and explained what to expect each step of the way. The sunglasses themselves were very stylish and comfortable. My driving experience in the sun is more palatable now and my eyes are now shielded from the direct, blinding sun while I'm driving. The sunglasses arrived quickly and I was able to enjoy them soon after my appointment. Eyemax did not disappoint as usual. Eyemax will always be my go to for my valuable eye health.

My husband and I go together as we are treated like dear friends. From check in to exit, everyone is warm, friendly and extremely professional and knowledgeable. We always feel secure in knowing we are receiving top notch eye care. There is also a huge assortment of frames to choose from in both price and style. We have four adult children that we have directed to go as well because we value the services so much.

I recently visited and had such a positive experience. My lenses were really scratched, and they were able to replace them very quickly! Everyone was so kind, friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend them!

I've been with Dr. Aung for many years and even though I see her only once a year, she is so personable and knowledgeable. She remembers you and just makes the whole experience so enjoyable. Her energy extends to the whole staff. They are kind, professional, and just great all around. And though they are not close to me, I still continue to go there because I enjoy them so much.

Good experience every visit. Newer contact lenses with improved technology came out compared to the brand I was using before. I went with the staff's recommendation to try out the new lens, and I never need to use eye drops anymore with this new brand.

The staff was so fantastic. I am a walk in with more of a medical eye issue. Dr Aung took me in right away. She kept me informed of what she was going to do. And my co pay amount. She made sure I was comfortable and the staff friendliness made feel at easy. So happy to see friendly faces. Dr Darryl and his wife explained things to me. This is my third annual with EyeMax and am always appreciative of their efficient and comprehensive examinations. Dr. Kunimura walked through options to address vision challenges and selecting the appropriate glasses for my prescription. I like that they take time with each patient to ensure their understanding. Great office! I highly recommend.

Went in just for an eye checkup and ended up very disappointed with the frame pricing. I chose a Karl Lagerfeld frame (KL06182S001) and was quoted $260, with $60 out of pocket after insurance. I later found the same frame on the official Karl Lagerfeld website for $84. When I mentioned online pricing, I was dismissed with claims that online sites might not be legitimate which is simply false. Marking up a frame over 3x its actual price and misleading customers is unacceptable. Very disappointing and untrustworthy experience.
