Dr. Yun and her technician, Calvin, were both fantastic. Calvin was incredibly kind every time I visited. I ended up going twice myself and once for my daughter, who got her first pair of glasses. I initially went because I needed night-driving glasses, and they were the only office in the area that offered the specific ones I wanted. The experience was so positive that I returned again. I was able to update my prescription in my existing frames, and was not charged a crazy fee for not buying new frames from them. Calvin was especially helpful. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy about sales. In fact, he even gave me a generous discount for placing multiple orders. The turnaround time was quick, communication was excellent, and Calvin was very personable, on top of everything and easy to work with. Exceptional service all around. They really are the BEST. HIGHLY recommend. Five stars!

I've been coming here for years with my daughter, and we've always had a great experience. The doctors are truly outstanding -- patient, thorough, and excellent at explaining everything clearly. It's rare to find eye care professionals who take the time to make you feel so comfortable and well-informed. If you're looking for a great eye doctor, this is absolutely the place to go!

If you have an existing rx and are just looking for new frames, DON'T BOTHER stopping here. They won't even let you in the door. Never hear of business that operates this way. Zero stars if I could.
