Easy Optical Eye Care

Had a great experience at Easy Optical in Berwyn! Dr. Stoch was super nice, informative, and made me feel really comfortable during my eye and contact lens exams. I even got sample contacts to try before committing to a full box -- very cool and thoughtful. Highly recommend!

The staff are terrific and Dr Stoch is a very good young lady optometrist. Very knowledgeable, personable, and is so sociable. Able to answer all questions. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Could probably have a few extra model glasses for men but full range for women and children. Parking is easy in lot 60 feet away. Easy walking near other stores to shop if needed in the plaza. You won't be disappointed. G.M

One star for customer service only. The staff was polite in person but misinformed me about my order and were rude over the phone. I was promised a gift card that I never received and was told multiple times my order would arrive "in a week" -- nearly two months later, still nothing. They even played Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy while I was on hold, which felt unprofessional given the situation. When I asked for a refund, I was told I had to wait four more days to speak to the owner, Vito. They have a limited frame selection LensCrafters offers everything they do and more. Very disappointing experience overall. I went to Lens Crafters and received my order in 3 days.

Had an amazing visit with my daughter here! We just moved to the area and needed an eye exam for this upcoming school year. My daughter is 5 and basically scared of everything! Walking in the staff was polite and helpful. The doctor was great with my daughter and very patient with her. The office staff helped her pick out glasses, it was a great experience. My daughter hasn't stopped talking about it since we left. I made my whole family appointments for next week, I will highly recommend this place to everyone.

Great staff, Dr. was knowledgeable and took her time explaining every procedure. Visit went smooth and was able to pick a new pair at the end. Did not feel rushed nor pressured to buy something I didn't want. Over all great experience and can't wait to pick up my new eyeglasses soon.

The girls at the front have an attitude. The selection that is covered by insurance is very small and the ones out of pocket are over priced. The Dr. Is terrific she listens to all your concerns wish the rest of the place was like this.
