Dr. Sury is not only an exceptional optometrist, she also listens to her patients which is so important and lacking in health care today. I ordered contacts and glasses through this location- order came in quickly. Great service. Highly recommend.

I was not happy with my entire shopping experience at Rosin. The eye exam was great and the optometrist was friendly but it went extremely downhill from there. More than 10 days later I still don't have my contacts that my insurance was supposed to cover. I had to pay $83 out of pocket for the right lens. Ridiculous!

Please stop coming here! I been a patient for about 4 yrs and I liked them at first their staff was super friendly and helpful. I used to see the same provider for the first 2 years then I got switch without my knowledge and my appointments started being very fast.. The front staff used to be very nice and attentive to answer all my questions never had an an issue . Til now I call to schedule or ask about ETA regarding my prescription and is like I'm bothering given me attitude or they respond well I'm not sure or I don't know who help you. I get the wrong prescription and they don't ask me anything I leave get a called 10 minutes later and they have all these questions for me which could have been ask during my visit. I give them call for about 30 minutes straight and no answer . Such a disappointment experience After this experience I will definitely start looking for other options

Everyone at this office is very friendly! From the minute you walk in the girls are smiling and making sure you are attended to. The office is bright and very clean. I was assisted by Stephanie C for my glasses. She knew just the right frames I was looking for. My Ted Baker frames are perfect && I've gotten so many compliments! I will definitely refer all I know about Rosin Eyecare!

A pair of glasses I purchased was taking longer then expected, i asked for a refund & reimbursement on my insurance. They never answered me or my insurance company, I had the WORSE experience trying to contact them (this is after they assured me they would reimburse me & id be able to get another pair) I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt & not be a Karen. But after months of not hearing anything I had to make a complaint through my insurance company. Everything began mid summer 2020 didn't get resolved until February 2021 & at that point I was not able to get reimbursed. Not once did they contact me to apologize or work something out for the inconvenience. I was a loyal customer for years..

To get my eyes evaluated I had to return to the office at least five times (all during my work day) to get my prescription "right." Each visit, I never got out of there in less than 2 hours, because Rosin scheduled appointments every 20 minutes. Since my eyes are more complicated than a 20 minute check-up, I kept getting shunted to the waiting area while other people got seen. It was a huge inconvenience. Also, the first doctor I saw completed miscalculated my prism. The second doctor came back with a prism value more than 4 points different than the first doctor. How does that happen? The second doctor really tried to get my vision corrected, but I still don't see well. The answer I received is because I have a high prescription it's not possible to correct my vision well. I've never heard that before, but I guess I have to accept that answer. When I picked up my lenses they had neglected to roll off the edges -- something I had paid for. So they had to go back again to get that done. I would forgive that simple mistake, but things only got worse from there. After wearing my glasses only a couple of months, the left lens became incredibly scratched. It is now so scratched that I can't easily see out of it. When I called to alert Rosin of this three months in, they asked if I knew how to clean my glasses. I've worn glasses since I was seven years old -- I know how to clean them. I have never had this level of scratching before. The lenses are supposed to come with a standard scratch resistant coating, so cleaning them with a microfiber cloth shouldn't damage them. The insinuation that I'm too incompetent to clean my own lenses as, frankly, insulting. And it's only the left lens, leading me to believe this is a defect of some kind, not my fault as Rosin implied. They told me they could make me a new lens, but only if I pay the $120 warrantee fee. I decided I'm not giving them money to fix their own mistake. And so I've been stuck with glasses I can't see out of for more than a year. Now I will have to pay out of pocket to get new glasses since my insurance only covers new lenses every two years. I wanted to support a local business for my eyecare. But I am never going to Rosin again and I actively discourage anyone I know from booking appointments there. I understand not all vison correction is straightforward, but the way this place operates -- getting people booked and churned through as fast as possible without a great standard of care -- is not acceptable. And they need to take accountability for the quality of the product they sell. I am out huge amounts of time and money because of their business practices. And I still can't see well.
