First time at BEP, and they are great. Staff is wonderful -- kind, knowledgeable, helpful -- and Dr. Foster was excellent, patient and thorough. I had a diabetic retinopathy check (still negative, thank goodness), and Dr. Foster showed me every image and explained what they showed. BEP will be my eye care place for the foreseeable future...so to speak.

Well, they were unable to locate my insurance for a while I guess they had spelled my last name wrong I never got the link that I was supposed to fill out before my appointment so I had to wait and fill it out when I got there, and the tablet died took me kind of forever to fill it out as the tablet lagged. When they have you put your eye up against the machine and they take a picture with a bright light, the technician had to take like a good amount extra pictures. For some reason it wasn't showing up right. All in all, not really that big of a deal, but everything did go smooth from there on out. Overall a not that bad of an experience.

No other optician has cared enough to give me this news. I've just been trudging along with trifocals. Very friendly and caring staff. The doctor saw me quickly and everything went very smoothly.
