Megan is absolutely amazing. We met twice before surgery and she answered all of my questions and was very thorough. I met Teresa pre op day of and she is wonderful. So warm and a personable. She made me feel at ease. The entire LASIK staff in the room with me was like having my own little cheerleading squad. They were all comforting me and cheering me on. I'm less than 24 hours post op and I feel fanastic. Thank you Dr. Pathak, Megan, Teresa, and the rest of the team for being awesome.

I have been an extremely happy VisionPoint customer since the move, and was a happy customer of McLean County Eye Center before that. I cannot say enough positive things about the many experiences I've had, but for the sake of this review, I'll try to keep it limited. LASIK: From my thoroughly detailed intake with Megan, I not only had all my questions answered, but I also received a ton of useful information about understanding the procedure. The warmth and care shown to me the day of surgery by Megan, Theresa, Nancy, and the rest of the support team, and the professional touch of Dr. Pinter made this procedure, which I have been on the fence about for decades, as smooth and painless as I could have imagined. Now I am typing this review on my laptop with NO GLASSES or Contacts for the first time in 35+ years! Eye Health: Dr. Huettemann has been taking care of my vision for almost a decade, and I would trust my eye health to few others. He take the time to understand I was not really happy with glasses or contacts and suggested LASIK. He's always taken care to provide accurate information to any question I asked, even if it meant he had to leave the room for a quick second opinion. Most importantly, he took the time to understand an acute vision issue I was having, and helped me get diagnosed with MS. Eyewear:Amazing selection and friendly, helpful, and experienced staff. Helped me get replacement lenses for signs of coating issues after only 10 months free of charge. Can't wait to see them for computer or sunglasses! 10 star review for VisionPoint, will always recommend to everyone!

Nancy and Dr. Pinter were top notch. From the first appointment to see if I was a candidate for lasik surgery to the day after surgery. It's Amazing to view the world from a crystal clear perspective with no contacts or glasses! If you haven't looked into lasik yet, don't wait, do it.

From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcome, supported, and genuinely cared for. Everyone was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain each step of the LASIK process in a way that was clear and reassuring. I always knew what was happening and why, and they made sure I had every resource I needed to feel prepared and confident going into surgery. During the procedure itself, the care and encouragement made all the difference. They literally cheered me on and even held my hand when I needed it--which, for a self-described scaredy cat, was absolutely essential to having such a positive experience. The results were immediate, the aftercare instructions were thorough and easy to follow, and I felt supported every step of the way. This is a truly excellent team, and I'm so glad I decided to do this. I couldn't recommend this clinic more highly.

I've been coming to Vision Point for several years now. From basic eye appointments for contacts to glasses, and now having LASIK, I am so pleased with the time and care the staff had throughout everything. Highly recommend Vision Point especially if you're considering LASIK. I was so hesitant about the procedure but they did a fantastic job at both easing my anxiety and improving my vision

The staff of VisionPoint are exceptionally kind and helpful. They alone make me want to return for all my eye care needs (in addition to the ambience of the facility...). Dewey in the eye frames section particularly stood out in helpful service.
