Holy... rudest check in receptionist I've ever had to deal with. Almost considered just walking out and paying the cancelation fee and scheduling my exam somewhere else. The place was filthy. Eye tech didn't even wipe down the machines before use. I will never come back.

Got my glasses in LESS than 18 hours from the time of my exam. 430pm - 1030am!! The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. The person who helped me with my frames and lens choices was very respectful too. The doctors i saw were through a teledoc service, but honestly, it was fast and worked very well. The entire building was also nice and clean. Delection amount of frames available in store for both budget friendly and designer styles.

Staff and Dr. were awesome! Everything went smoothly and they were on time with the appointment I made. The Dr. answered all my questions. I went in for just an eye exam and there was no pressure whatsoever to purchase eyeglasses from them which I totally appreciated. I will get new glasses at a later date. Excellent timing (very little wait time even though there were several customers in the store), better pricing and staffing than Walmart, very patient with me while I took the time to try on my frames. They even gave me a discount because they had technical difficulties the day before and had to cancel my original appointment. The reschedule was timely and professional. The staff was all very friendly and respectful. There was no one trying to upsell me or pressure me to make any purchases I wasn't looking for. The tele-doc appointment was fast and efficient as well. All in all it was a great experience and I will be back.
