ENOUGH with ONE call to this "doctors' umbrella" -Duly is as full of it like "Advocate" and SEVERAL others alike -you don't call a doctor, you call the "umbrella".. 1. My insurance, an HMO-POS does NOT require a referral to see any specialist ...but this "umbrella", Duly, the Special, does require one. 2. I asked when is Dr Kaplan's next available appointment. The telephone bouncer asks ne for my DOB and Tel. #. I tell her that they don't have me on record. She tells me that I FIRST have to REGISTER in order to be able to find out when is an appointment available. Me: "Good bye!". O.K. I had already seen a negative review about this MD, and elsewhere, another ...conveniently NOT published. I also had previously come across Duly and, upon seeing THEIR reviews, decided that I want NO PART of "their" physicians -and was disgusted that Dr. Kaplan is also a "Dr. Duly". Anyway, WHY, I wonder, MDs now tend to flock under a rock like hiding snakes, where the telephone operator is like the dog guarding Dante's "Inferno", like a bouncer that you do not pass by unless you play THEIR game.

From beginning to end of my visit I met with top professionalism. This Team was so engaging and made me feel good about my visit. Dr. Kaplan was very through and made me feel like he cared. Great team at Duly.

Everyone was cordial and professional. Dr. Kaplan is an excellent doctor, thorough, great bedside manner, professional, courteous.and he adroitly examines patients and follows up on areas of concerns.

We have been having our eye check-ups with Dr. Kaplan and his staff for some years. They are very detailed and thorough with their exams. And before him, Dr. Johnston. We're very happy to continue our coverage with Duly. We're wishing Dr. Kaplan a very happy and long, healthy retirement come the end of 2025. We'll miss him.

Dr.Kaplan is great. He always has time to listen and answer my questions and concerns. And the best part is he's pretty much on time. No excessive waits. The technicians are also very good.

I am very pleased with my care. Visits are normally on time. I don't feel rushed as I go through all the different steps of a complete eye exam. Staff is very friendly & makes me feel comfortable

DR. Kaplan and his staff are attentive and knowledgeable. Dr. Kaplan is very considerate of my mom, and her advanced state always making sure she sees him before the weather gets bad

Dr. Kaplan is an excellent physician. He is personable, professional and thorough. He is a great communicator and explains things in layman's terms to better understand them.
