Dr. Johnson was absolutely wonderful. He is personable, kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate my concerns and made sure I understood my diagnosis and treatment plan. I never felt rushed, and he created space for me to ask questions, which I truly appreciated.
His bedside manner is excellent - thoughtful and compassionate. It was clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time needed with each person. In hindsight, I really value that level of attentiveness.
The entire office was great, from the receptionist to the clinical staff. The environment was clean, organized, quiet, and calming. I felt welcomed and well cared for throughout my visit.
I was seen the same day I called, which I truly appreciate. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend this office.

Sabrina was awesome- she did my eye exams and she also was very pleasant!! Dr. A. Johnson is very knowledgeable!! They have state of the art equipment!! My husband and I visited VSECA today and the customer service was awesome. We didn't see the doctor because we were only interested in frames and lenses. Tatiana was very professional, courteous and patient. We had lots of questions and she hung in there with us the entire way.
Krystal the receptionist is always a joy to speak with. She is very helpful. Usually when we call for an appointment or something Krystal is the one to assist us.
Acceptional customer service is such an asset to Dr. Johnson.
