Doctors of Optometry - The Promenade At Bolingbrook

After my eye doctor of many years retired, I felt lost. My friend recommended Dr. Lezondra and I'm so glad she did! On top of being extremely knowledgeable, Dr. Lezondra is so kind and she makes her patients feel so welcomed. I even brought in my 14 year old nephew to her and he loved her. She was so nurturing and patient with him. The whole staff at this location is very helpful and caring. Highly recommend!

My daughter is 9 years old, and we've been seeing Dr. Beverly Lezondra for years. My daughter comes for glasses, and I come for contacts. Dr. Lezondra is patient, knowledgeable, and great with kids. She takes her time, explains everything clearly, and we never feel rushed. She also remembers us and brings up things from our previous visits, which shows she truly cares, and we've built a relationship over time. We will only see Dr. Lezondra, not anyone else, at this LensCrafters location.

We really liked working with the front desk people and Ashley the lady who did the pre screenings. All of those specific individuals mentioned were nice and welcoming. I regret not scheduling an appointment with Dr Beverly Lezondra for my daughter and I. She's amazing and knows how to educate without making you feel stupid or like a child. She seems interested in her job and is while we worked with her. If she noticed something on your exam she tried to take into consideration the full person before scolding. Her bedside, or rather chair side, manner should be studied. This time we had a different doctor. She was comprehensive.

The employees are helpful and friendly as usual. The asst mgr Shari assisted me this visit and Ive known her for about 2 years and she has always been super friendly and informative. Id recommend them!

Dr Lezondra was very personable which put me at ease. She's very friendly & genuinely shows an interest of you. I recommend her highly.

For more than a decade I have been usings the Bollingbrook Lenscrafters for my eye exams and eyeglasses needs. Today I have done all the exams, buy the optometrist did not go over the exams, in particular the retina scans. I was going to purchase a pair of eyeglasses, however when I showed the salesperson my current frames, purchased at LensCrafters, he said I cannot give you a discount. He did not even bother to take the time to give me an estimate. I decided I am taking my business elsewhere. I asked for my records, the retina pictures, he said that he couldn't now as the optometrist was busy. He then told me I needed to bring a thumb drive. I asked that I wanted to pit my request in, so when I come back it will be done in a timely manner. The manager then said that it could not be done until the official optometrist was back from vacation on Thursday. In summary, that did not accept my request and are going to make me wait to get my records.

The staff and eye doctor were very friendly, informative and helpful. They had the frames I wanted I can't wait for my new glasses!
