Extremely poor and unacceptable experience at MyEyeDr. Bolingbrook. After our eye exams, we were instructed to access our prescriptions through the online portal, but no prescription was available--only a blank document. Despite multiple calls, the staff not fixing the issue and asked us to drive to the office to collect the prescription in person. We were even told to contact corporate ourselves to fix their internal problem. This reflects a serious lack of accountability, professionalism, and customer support. Patients should not be burdened to resolve issues caused by the provider. I will not return to this location and will be switching to another provider.

Dr. Sneha Paul was amazing as always -- knowledgeable, kind, and full of great energy. I always enjoy coming to visit her. Unfortunately, the front desk experience was disappointing. The receptionist's tone and delivery before and after my appointment was off-putting. I didn't like his vibe at all. There was also mention of a $39 fee, but it wasn't clearly explained that it would be due after the appointment or whether imaging was truly required. Communication overall felt vague, including during the glasses selection process.There was also no prior email or notice sent out about updates with certain insurances. If I wouldn't have came in today, they would've tried to bill be for the full exam out of pocket - rather then letting me know they no longer accept my insurance beforehand. I just wish the customer service and communication matched the quality of care from Dr. Paul.

Smooth and efficient eyes exam. Dr Kasmer is knowledgeable and thorough. She caught my retina tear two years ago in an exam! Lou was very helpful, detailed and conscientious with helping us with our eyeglasses.

Great experience at MyEyeDr! Dr. Reyes was quick, easy to work with, and answered all my questions. The staff was very welcoming, and Elvira was such a sweetheart. She was incredibly patient and helped me choose the best options, even with how much I overthink. I really appreciated her kindness and support. Highly recommend!

My experience at MyEyeDr was very good. I was checked in quickly and saw the optometrist within a few minutes even though I had mistakenly scheduled it a week from when I showed up. The receptionist didn't miss a beat and got me in to see an optometrist. The optometrist, Dr.Paul, was very thorough making small adjustments to my prescription and made sure it worked for me before finalizing my prescription. She showed me to the reception to process the order with Mandy who was also very good and friendly. He made sure to get me the best deal done I do not have vision insurance. I've been going for a number of years and highly recommend them.

Today, I had such a wonderful experience at myeyeDr. getting my daughter's eye exam and helping her select new glasses! From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. The doctor was incredibly thorough with her prescription, making sure we understood everything and that my daughter felt comfortable during the process. When it came time to choose frames, Magdy was so patient and kind. He guided us through different styles, gave honest and helpful feedback, and made my daughter feel confident and excited about her new look. She walked out smiling ear to ear, and I couldn't be happier with how well she was taken care of. Highly recommend my eye dr. and Magdy to any parent looking for a caring and professional place for their child's vision needs. Truly outstanding service!

First time seeing Dr. Reyes and it was a great experience. She was very personable and explained everything in detail! Magdy helped with ordering my contacts and as always was friendly and efficient!

Even though I was extremely satisfied with the medical staff I met at this office, I am giving this place one star due to the shady payment process. At the time of my visit, I was informed of a specific copay amount, but when it came time to pay, I was charged nearly three times that amount. The lack of transparency is a huge red flag for me. Additionally, the person who handle the payments repeatedly pressured me to purchase contact lenses through the office. After I declined multiple times, I was presented with a bill that was significantly higher than what I had originally been told to expect. Will never come back
