I had a lovely experience at the LensCrafters in Bolingbrook. Both the technician who handled my initial testing and the staff member who assisted with checkout were incredibly professional and pleasant. Dr. Santucci was kind, thorough, and clearly an expert in their field. Thank you for such a smooth and positive visit!

I recently visited the LensCrafters in The Promenade Bolingbrook. I received EXCELLENT service! Dr. Lezonda, Kaleb and Ashia were wonderful! They were very polite, patient and caring. They took the time to answer all my questions and helped me get the eyewear that I needed. I can't say enough about their professionalism, friendliness and expertise. I highly recommend this place.

After seven years with Pearle Vision, I regret not switching to LensCrafters sooner. I assumed most providers were the same, but the superior technology and diagnostic expertise here made a world of difference. My doctor was exceptionally knowledgeable, and they offer a fantastic selection of frames.

They have always been good to me. They have never given me a hard time if I had an issue with my glasses purchase or my exams. Much better than other LensCrafters in the area, which are far less competent. The manager Sheri was very helpful when they broke one of my frames while cleaning them, no questions asked.

I highly recommend Dr. Beverly Lezondra. She is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She patiently answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed.

I am truly baffled by my experience here today that I am sitting in the parking lot writing this review and I NEVER write reviews. This location had abosolutley ZERO customer service. Firstly, I walk in and no one greets or approaches me. Ok whatever NBD. So then, I approach the front desk to pick up an online order and the manager at the cash register, Sheri, seems rather taken aback by my presence. Asks what I need, tell her my name for a pick up order. She proceeds to collect my order and hand it to me, which at that point, not sure if she just expected me to leave without recieving a fitting check and cleaning, because she seemed like that was the end of the interaction?!! I proceed to ask her if they do not check fittings and measurements for new glasses purchased and she says "Well you have to tell me if you can see out of them." Like what?? Everytime I have purchased glasses from ANYWHERE, whether an online order pickup OR instore, the sales associate sits me down with my order, measures the glasses with some kind of instrument to ensure they fit correctly, cleans them, tightens them, etc. The fact I wasnt even offered that is crazy. Especially considering this was the MANAGER who was helping me. To add- I also brought in a pair purchased online that was delivered to me yesterday to recieve a proper fitting. Anyways, I put both of my glasses on, she says they look centered, she tightens them both for me, I ask if they have cleaning products, purchase them, and leave, feeling super taken aback by the utter lack of customer service. Why was I doing all of the asking and taking regarding my glasses purchases?! She just seemed totally indifferent to my presence, purchase, and the need for a proper fitting and adjustment to ensure my glasses fit correctly- because I recieved none of that service. Suffice it to say, this interaction left such a sour taste in my mouth. I will definitley not be back here nor give LensCrafters my business again. Im debating returning both pairs ordered and taking my business elsewhere. Recieving this customer service after spending almost $2,000 on two pairs of glasses is insane. LensCrafters - do better customer service training and make sure your managers dont act like their customers are an inconvience when they come in to recieve their glasses ordered. But yeah, will not give this location nor company my business again.

I had an outstanding experience at LensCrafters! From the moment I walked in, Adam and Andria greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. Kaleb handled my pre-screening and was cheerful, friendly, and professional, which set a positive tone right away. Dr. Lezondra gave me one of the best eye exams I've ever had. She was friendly, very knowledgeable, and I especially appreciated when she showed me the difference between my current and new prescriptions--it really helped me understand the value of the update. When it came to frame selection, Adam and Andria were fantastic. They helped me try on about five frames and guided me to the perfect one. Their knowledge and friendliness made the process stress-free and fun. Adam also walked me through the lens and coating options, explaining everything clearly and making sure I got the best fit for my needs. Finally, when I left, both Adam and Andria said goodbye with the same warmth and friendliness they showed throughout my visit. Overall, the entire team made my visit an absolute pleasure. I loved the whole experience and will definitely be returning next year.

When I first came to order a new pair of glasses I had a satisfactory experience. Today I went to pick up my new pair. This is my first time at this store. I was taken aback by today's service. I used to go to a different store for years. Whenever I would go to pick up my new pair they would ask me to sit down. The sales associate would ask me to put them on and see if they fitted right? There would be a mirror at the desk. She would even check with some kind of instrument if they fitted right. Today I received ZERO service. The senior associate was busy with another customer. There were two younger associates. The lady who helped me asked for my last name and found my new set of glasses and handed them to me. I think I was supposed to collect it from her and leave. Obviously she had received no training. I asked her if I can try them. She nodded yes. I asked her if there was a place I could sit, expecting there will be a mirror. She pointed me toward a desk and when I asked for a mirror, she said they were on the side wall. There was another young lady sitting at one of the desks. She seemed to have more experience. But definitely none in customer service. She could have said "Hey sir, you could sit here." Instead she acted indifferent! I picked up my glasses and walked to the other side where I saw a vertically mounted mirror. Fortunately, I loved my glasses, but I was the one who was doing all the asking and talking. The sales associate that was helping me didn't even recommend any products for cleaning my lenses. That in spite of me telling the reason why I decided to try LensCrafters was because at the previous store I was following the cleaning instructions given to me and my glasses would start developing scratches right away. And the associate at the other store did not help me pick the right frame the last time around, given the thickness of my lenses. Till 15 years ago I used to go to LensCrafters inside Fox Valley mall in Aurora. But then I didn't have patience to go to a mall and started going to this store in a nearby strip mall. I will still give this LensCrafters another try, if I am fully satisfied with my new pair of glasses. I will be needing a pair of prescription sunglasses soon.
