Family Eye Care of Bolingbrook

I'm so happy with the service I received! I have been putting off getting new glasses for years, and was a little apprehensive about getting new ones. Unfortunately, the initial pair of glasses I ordered were not aligned with where my eyes were, making my vision slightly blurry. Even though I waited a bit too long to come back in to get the issue fixed, the staff still assisted me and sent the glasses in to get the lenses remade. I now have the new glasses and I couldn't be happier! I haven't been able to see this well out of glasses in so long, and it's such a relief to cross this off my list. I'm so grateful for all the staff at this location and their willingness to help!

I always have a great experience when going to Family Eye Care of Bolingbrook. At this point I can't imagine going anywhere else. I am writing this review now because of the experience I just had while ordering contacts. When I called I spoke with Felicia who was extremely nice. She immediately said she could help me and genuinely seemed happy to do so. I had a little bit of a complicated request which took some time. She was soooo nice and helpful throughout the entire process. I got off the line and had such a huge smile. I work in customer service and have had my fair share of bad experiences with people. Most times it comes down to just someone being nice at the end of the line and making you feel like they really care. Everyone is very helpful and kind at this place. Thank you Felicia for making this process easy for me!!!

Dr. Frankel's practice is on the cutting edge of eye care, especially with his state of the art early detection system he has. No need to have my eyes dilated yet the detailed information I received on my eye health was incredible. I love how he took the time with my son and me. We had many questions about his ocular migraines and he even took the time to get my son information that would be beneficial for headache prevention. I would recommend him to anyone looking for quality eye care.

First visit with Dr Martinez for our 15 yo daughter. As a health care provider, I tent to have high expectations from others in the field. This practice exceeded my expectations! Reviewed contacts versus glasses and future eye care needs based on her astigmatism. Dr Martinez was kind, informative and helpful. The visit was not rushed in any way, even though it ran a bit late (past closing hours). The office staff was very polite. Olivia assisted with choosing frames and did contact teaching with my daughter. Olivia was patient, kind and resourceful. The entire visit was a resounding success! I would definitely recommend Family Eye Care to family, friends and neighbors!

I have been to this establishment at least 3-4 times. Each family member of mine, including myself, have received some form of eye care from them from eye exams for prescriptions only, to glasses adjustments and recently a frame replacement. They are friendly and well trained in customer service. I am scheduled for another visit to get a back up pair of glasses, and I am eager to get the process started.

My husband and I went in for the first time today and had a great experience! We had Dr. Young and he was super nice and personable. The staff was also great and there was a good selection of glasses. We will definitely be going back!

Very nice people. Doctor Young was very nice (even at the end of what I am sure was a long day), and the optician was very easy to work with (not pushy at all). She helped me find what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. Very happy with my experience overall.

Wow. The staff is so friendly and pleasant, that I'm writing a review for the first time ever!!! My Dr. was extremely talented, knowledgeable and THOROUGH!! All staff - the front desk, assistants, the doctor, and eye glass sales staff also provided excellent custom service. Sincere thanks to David Mejia!!
