Walmart Vision & Glasses

Great eye Doctor. I've been seeing her for years. Straight down to business just how I like it. Um, the staff though. I was only in there for an hr but it seems like Senica is doing all the heavy lifting. I see other associates that I know have been there for years asking Senica for help while she is helping me and another customer at the same time. Give your heavy hitters like Senica a break. Make sure your other associates are trained just as well. Doesn't make sense when you have a gold badge that says 20 years service not knowing simple vision center tasks. Thank You Senica!!!

Pam was amazing and also busy being the only one there... Other person was on lunch. Only thing I don't care for is if the Company is paranoid about covid they can wear masks... Customers should get to choose... Not be mandated.

Terrible customer service... I called to ask if they take my insurance, they told me they only take my insurance for the rx but not the exam. I went to another Walmart for my exam that accepted the insurance and figured I would get my glasses at this one since I live closer. Well I brought my rx and picked out my glasses, the lady said she would call my insurance to verify then let me know if they needed anything else, but if not they will order the glasses and call me when they arrive at the store...over a week and a half went by no phone call, I figured everything was fine and they would call when my glasses arrive. Almost two weeks and nothing! I called and the same lady said she called my insurance weeks ago, but they couldn't use it because it was authorized at another Walmart. They didn't call me at all to let me know, the entire time I thought my glasses were ordered.. I went back to the same Walmart I got the rx and they said all she had to do was call them and they could have removed the authorization. So yeah big time wasters they are at this vision center, better off going to another Walmart. The Walmart in Homewood, IL did a wonderful job assisting me!

As soon as I stepped into the center my greeting was " you can't touch anything or try anything on " , like I was some rogue child. The worker was extremely rude and condescending no professionalism at all just a really bad attitude.

Very poor customer service. Unorganized and unprofessional. I wish someone would have told me not to go here when I decided I needed glasses. The first day I came here was for my exam and the lady taking care of me was very sarcastic and slightly rude. When I came back to get a copy of my prescription to get glasses somewhere else, the man completely ignored me and didn't even say he'll be with me in a moment. Once I finally get my copy, I will never come here again

Very happy with my visit today. Senica was so sweet and very helpful. The doctor too was very good with me.

7 visits and ever time told them my prescription wasn't right and was told to give it time . Four months isn't enough? Actually called ahead once and they told me come right over only to be told to come back the next day. The glasses I got are so bad I'm having to now go get another prescription because of eye pain and headaches. Never again
