I had wonderful service here a few years ago, especially for my children. But when I went to schedule an appointment recently they were rude, and basically told me that they would charge me several hundred dollars just to see them again. They made it very clear that they were not interested in patients that didn't have certain insurance plans. Since the Dr we had gone to had left the practice, there was absolutely no reason to stay with them.

The doctors and staff are wonderful! Dr. Shah is absolutely amazing with kids, is super sweet and very attentive. Excellent doctor and I highly recommend her! The eye center is also excellent. The only trouble I've had at the office is that oftentimes there would be quite a wait to get to the doctor's exam room. They are always very busy, so be sure to schedule more time than you think so that you don't feel rushed. They are very thorough and worth the wait.

Called about a week ago for an appointment as a new patient. First we were told that we would receive an e-mail with a link to their portal to fill out new patient paperwork. We didn't. When I called to ask about it, they said they had been having system issues and we could fill out the paperwork when we arrived. We arrived at 7:15 for a 7:30 appointment. The waiting room was empty. We received the paperwork to fill out at about 7:30. At 7:45, I asked how much longer it was going to be and was told we were the next to be called. Mind you, no one had been called yet. At 7:55, I asked them to refund my co-payment because we were leaving. They offered to have it credited to our account for our next appointment, but I assured them we would not be back. They gave us some song and dance about how the rooms had to be readied and they have several people with 7:30 appointments. Well you know what? If you have appointments at 7:30, maybe have the rooms ready BEFORE 7:30. We will never go back there.

Actually just called and they the lady was pretty much criticizing me because my daughter had insurance with my husbands job and with the state she kept saying I dont know how you have both. Well first of all when I filed for medicaid I put that my husband already had insurance and they still gave it to me I dont know what was up her b&%$. She made me feel very uncomfortable. I will never ever go here or recommend this place.

I called to schedule an appt with them and the amount of disrepect and rude customer service I received just TO SCHEDULE!!! We not even talking about seeing the doctors I was placed on hold for almost 30-45 mins without checking back then when she came back to the phone I addressed it she put me on hold while I was talking and the manger Michele came on who was just as RUDE and didn't want to hear me vent or rant about my experience so she just interrupted as well I can't believe this I have told my entire job about this and now I am calling my insurance to report them I called and spoke to Max who advised me it's a new under Dr Ticho who my daughter used to see it's not the doctors it's the front end Staff which is just as worse because of THEM I did not book an appt!!!!! I will be taking this even further I can not stand bad customer service

I called many times to schedule and appointment and left voicemails never did I ever get a return call. The moment someone did pick up the lady on the phone wouldn't schedule me due to not having my insurance. It is understandable, so I pulled over and took out my insurance. Gave her all the info she asked me for, just so she can tell me I had to cell eye med to find out if we had a plan. If I didn't have one I wouldn't of been calling. She refused to help me anymore further due to this situation which I was very upset because I know it would be covered since it's not the first time visiting an optometrist truly disappointed with the service here. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place. For someone who works in the medical field I truly expected better service from this specialist.

I WOULD NEVER EVER RETURN HERE. DR BENJAMIN TICHO was such an inconsiderate rude inattentive person. During my toddlers appointment he didn't listen to anything I had to say, he rudely answered his personal cell phone, and the icing on the cake was taking my daughters cheerios away telling her "you can wait your not going to starve." Douche bag. Then proceeded to encourage me to bring her back if her sty got worse so he can put her to sleep to drain it. WHY ON EARTH WOULD I LET YOU SEDATE MY 3 YEAR OLD???!! Worse doctor ever.

Very good doctor, and they treat you very professionally.
