I had a wonderful experience at Visionworks! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Everyone was professional and helpful, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I appreciated the Dr. Zolnierzow as she was gentle, kind and thorough during the exam. A special shout out to Caleb for going above and beyond. He took the time to explain every part of my visit in detail, including the costs, which I truly appreciated. His patience, clarity, and positive attitude made a big difference. Caleb was truly the cherry on top that made my visit so wonderful. I'm very grateful to have visited this location and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

Have you met Caleb?!!! He's amazing! He's sooooo refreshing!!! My mom and I came in to get my yearly contacts and glasses, and his support throughout the process was a blast! He showed me how to better manage my monthly contacts by recommending a solution that would prolong the comfort and care. I hadn't ordered glasses in over 3 years, so trying to find a new frame was like rediscovering my face all over again. He was so patient and kind, walking us through the styles, the pricing and even the enhancements to personalize my style of choice. He understood immediately how its a process sometimes choosing the right frames and even encouraged if found nothing I liked, I could always bring my own frames of choice and have my prescription added from there. By the time we finished, I was able to save a lot of money on 2 frames he helped and handpicked for me, along with my yearly contacts. Dr. Z was also very very nice! My first time having her as my eye doctor and she was very clear and concise with my improvements she noticed with my vision and was kind enough to allow me to trial a new brand to enhance my comfort. An amazing dream team!! Please ask for Caleb, when embarking on your vision journey, he will not disappoint and you won't want to leave!!

Great location! Everyone there was amazing from start to finish. But Caleb was the absolute best! He had me cracking up the entire time while he was assisting me, I didn't even realize I was spending my life savings on glasses lol. But seriously great experience overall

I scheduled a last minute appointment to get my eyes checked and I have to say this was by far the most amazing service I've ever had while coming to this location. Dr. Zolnierzow was very knowledgeable and explained everything she did, step-by-step while completing my eye exam. As well as she was very patient and friendly. The cherry on top with this superb visit was Caleb. Customer service was 100/10! I would highly recommend visiting this location.

Caleb and Rocio were great. I was a walk in appointment and I could have been treated better. Fast, courtious, and detailed. A great experience. Caleb makes the pre exam fun and easy. So much improvement at this location. Ill definitely be back.

Phenomenal experience at Visionworks in Chicago Ridge today. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and a smooth visit from start to finish. From the moment I walked in everyone was welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. You can tell the store is run with care. There was no wait the staff was very friendly and helpful. My OD Miss Zolnierzow was incredibly nice and explained everything very well. Caleb was also amazing with explaining prices and my post exam summary.

Dr. Z was very knowledgeable and thorough. All of the staff was amazing but Caleb went above and beyond to ensure that I received the best price for my glasses Adrianna and Imanol were very patient and allowed me to take my time looking for my frames offering assistance if needed. Little things like that mean a lot to me.i 100% recommend VM in Chicago Ridge Mall especially to anyone.
