Everything about this place is inconvenient. You have to make an appointment just for a pick up for glasses or contacts. It's ridiculous. They are closed on Wednesdays, and they are always busy. I waited an hour and half (past my appointment time) for an eye exam just to find out I was evaluated for contacts instead against my wishes. As I'm writing this, I've been waiting 20 minutes just to simply pick up my glasses. I've asked 3 times for a receipt and haven't gotten one. Despite what their website says, you can make appointments online, you have to call...and hope they pick up. And despite your appointment time, you are going to wait a very long time so get settled in. Not to mention they have an entire wall of frames, with no signage, that aren't available. I was told you need "a special insurance" for that and you can't even purchase the frames out of pocket. I'm a pretty patient person but I deeply regret all the time I've spent in their waiting room this month and I will not be coming back.

Man I love this place CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT! from front desk to the eye doctor. I actually tried somewhere else before, but customer service brought me right back .

My experience here was great. The Doctor answered all my questions, and was very polite. Nice selection of glasses and contacts for your price range. The other staff members were all nice and polite. A great one to go to.

My first time here, very clean and comfortable, I was seen at my appointment time, everyone was friendly and professional and they did a thorough exam. I've been to many eyeglass places and I will definitely be back; they're also a black owned owned business!

I came here for an eye exam and for contacts. Everyone here was so nice. I would recommend this place. I came in with my one year old and one of the assistants said she was going to try her best to get me in and out. I was so happy about that since my son gets inpatient at times. I was in and out in about 40 minutes. The environment here is so soothing as well. It was also very clean and gave me a peace of mind to see them myself wipe the equipment before they had me place my face on it. Thank you so much for such amazing work. Give them all raises. They deserve the best !

Absolutely a great place for your eyecare needs!! The staff is always friendly and professional and greet you by name for that added personal touch. Great selection of frames and they take the time to answer all of your questions. Highly recommended black owned business!!
