He attention to detail, professionalism and personable quality lends greatly to why we come back. To go into an establishment and be treated with respect is priceless. The customer service rep (Vida the Best) remembers your name, your children's name and addresses you with familiarity and warmth. Thank you. Vida at America's Best is truly exceptional! Bringing my entire family to eye appointments can often feel overwhelming, but Vida's patience, professionalism, and genuine compassion make every visit smooth and stress-free. She has a way of putting everyone at ease, answering questions thoughtfully, and making sure each of us feels comfortable throughout the exam. Even though there is a location less than a mile from my home, we deliberately schedule our appointments at the Marshfield location because of Vida. Her excellent customer service, attention to detail, and warm personality make her worth the extra effort. My whole household wears glasses, and I have to say, our annual visits with Vida are something we all genuinely look forward to. She not only provides expert eye care but also takes the time to make the experience enjoyable for both adults and children. I always go to this location to get my eyes checked out. Ive been wearing glasses for 20 years and Americas Best is my go-to. I went yesterday and had the opportunity to work with Shay. Shay is so sweet, personable, and nice. She made me feel comfortable and joked around with me. I called back today to see if they would put prescription in AI glasses and she was so helpful. I loved working with Shay.

I love this America's Best location. They have the best frames and there is always nothing but professionalism and smiles. Erin helped me get new lenses for my frames in under 20 minutes and was pleasant the entire time. AND she is one of the few people to ever pronounce my name correctly on the 1st try :)
