America's Best at 1303 N. Milwaukee Avenue is truly the Best! Eyeglasses that I love and have to wear all the time broke. I went to the optical store I bought them from but they were unable to fix them and recommended two other places. The second optical store couldn't fix my glasses either. I was desperate at this point. These were really good glasses and fit so well. My third stop was America's Best and Tony the General Manager was able to fix them!! He was very professional and definitely knows his stuff. He took the time out of his busy schedule to fix them and wouldn't take any compensation. They so deserve this review. Everyone at this store is friendly and eager to help. I really lucked out. Thank you Tony!!

Love America's Best and Dr. Anita! I used to get my eye exams at Target and I switched because this location in Wicker is more convenient for me. I had a much better experience than any previous exam. The team and doctor were friendly, thorough, and patient. Dr. Anita explained my prescription and answered all my questions, and Jovani took the time to help me find the right frames to suit my face. Couldn't be happier with my optometrist!

I loved my doctor. She was caring and answered all my questions.
However, once I went to pick glasses and place orders, that is where this location lacked in customer service. I went in to order two pairs of glasses and a year worth of contacts. The sales rep put in an order for four months of contacts and did not add anti-reflective lens on glasses. Now I have two pairs of glasses I cannot use since I am on video calls all day. Please go to Costco or another location to purchase glasses or contacts.

Great staff. The glasses leave a lot to be desired and you will definitely need the warranty because half of the frames will go bad in 6 months. Mine had the paint rub off and then rust within 6 months. It began rubbing the side of my face and causing it to bleed. The staff did everything they could to make it better.
