This store is very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable first off when I walked in I ask them a question that was never answered than the black girl in the back that was the manager keep looking up at me not saying anything no greeting or anything than the lady that in the front that said she was the general manager ask me have I've been to the store before and I said yes and than she cut me off and answer the phone to talk to another customer than when i finally picked out my frames she told me the total and I'm like why I'm I buying glasses from some rude people I can just go online line so I ask can I just go online and get the frames with my CTA insurance and the general manager rephrase my statement and the black manger walked up and said Same difference all smart I explained to the woman that I'm just going to go somewhere else because I feel very uncomfortable and I ask to speak to a general manager and she told me that she was the general manager and that I can talk to her but how can I talk to someone that didn't even get up to help me with my glasses section just pointed to the back and told me where to go look and than when I ask where's the ray band she got up to show me I explained to her that I didn't like how they both had attitudes and that the black manger said same difference and that made me feel uncomfortable the general manager said that she didn't say that than I ask the lady and she said she did say that and I'm like yeah I'm just going to leave because you called me a Lier and that made me feel some type of way I walked out and now they are looking out the window staring at me like what's their problem I wasn't rude even when they was being rude to me they need to hire people that's nice and want to work not people with a nasty attitude

This location is so nice! I really enjoyed the attentive care and gentleness that the staff provided. Shout out to Elle, Stacy, JJ and Dr. McIntyre for making my experience memorable and personable.

America's Best is actually the best. Their team doesn't have an agenda beyond keeping your eyes healthy and your vision clear. They're patient, warm, and efficient. I've gone to multiple locations - this Hyde Park one and the one on Wabash downtown, and every appointment has been thorough and the doctors are calm and ready to help. I plan to keep coming back!

I was in America Best eyeglasses today. What a fantastic experience. Elle helped me and she was unbelievable! She was the best! She made great suggestions to me and was so helpful! They were very good suggestions, with people like Elle Working for you I would never go anywhere else. Thank you Elle!

Just picked up my girls glasses no issues. They CLEANED THEM THEN HARD CASED FOE FREE!! Coming back for mine. Extra star for hookin me up with a hard case too.

Staff is nice, glasses are cheap, but I won't be returning. I asked for my prescription and they wouldn't give it to me because it expired recently. I had my exam last year. Eye exams typically are every two years. That is what insurance covers. At any rate, what optometrist doesn't keep patients' records? It doesn't make sense.

Received great care and a free eye exam. The doctors are extremely nice and answered all my questions. Appointments are easy to make. Worked with Dyanne - very nice and welcoming, explained the pricing in great detail.

The environment is uncomfortable to be in and the Optometrist literally saw my daughter for 30 seconds for a "follow up" after we waited for her for 30 minutes for a 4:15 appointment. I asked her why was she so late. Her response "that's the way it goes" No apology. I think she got upset when I asked her about it because she immediately moved the machine off my daughter eyes and didn't even ask her any questions. Never will I go back here
