America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I went there just to browse around and I wasn't really sure who my insurance carrier ws for my vision insurance but the young lady the office manager with the glasses really nice she did help me out she went above and beyond actually she was able to find me in the network and when she found me I was able to get an eye exam picked out some new glasses. I'm so excited but just a little mishap during the purchase of my glasses, but other than that, they took care of it straightened it out. Can't wait to go pick them up.

Recently, I had a minor emergency because a part fell off my eyeglasses while I was bike riding. The staff at the America's Best store, in Chicago's Stony Island Plaza, was incredibly helpful. It was a small part but a major aggravation. I came in just before closing. The two young women were very kind, made the repair within minutes, and I was on my way. I got to finish my, senior citizen, bike ride in comfort. Thanks again ladies. As a guy once said in a movie, "I'll be back!"

Dr. Grady & her whole team are incredible! I've been needing new glasses for a while and it was becoming obvious that I needed a stronger prescription. I'm so glad I went to this location. The team is all very patient and kind, and my prescription is perfect! I feel like I'm wearing glasses for the first time again. I can see so well and I'm extremely happy with the frames. The whole staff at this location is wonderful and I won't be going anywhere else! They all really know what they're doing when it comes to both vision and customer service! I'm so thankful to be a patient here.

Today, I visited this Stony Island location to browse frames as a walk-in since I had an appointment scheduled later at a competitor's location. However, the service I received here was exceptional from start to finish for several reasons: * As I have never needed or worn prescription glasses before, this being my first experience was highly significant. I was greeted warmly and given ample time to view the selections, take photographs, and note down my preferences. * The staff checked on me politely and pleasantly, assisting with any questions while still managing their other clients efficiently. * Due to an opening in their schedule, I was offered the chance to undergo an eye exam immediately. The optics assistant, optometrist, manager, and Carina the sales associate, provided outstanding service, leading me to cancel my appointment with the competitor. Carina was particularly well educated, polite, patient, and personable, and understanding throughout my process of coming to terms with needing glasses after all these years. She guided me through the unfamiliar process of selecting glasses and choosing the appropriate options. Carina's exceptional assistance in selecting the best frames for my needs makes me highly recommend this location as a top-tier destination for such services.

The staff was friendly and professional, The doctor was thorough with the exam. This is where I'll be getting my eyeglasses and contacts from now on.

I made my appointment the same day. I came in and was immediately greeted and helped. While I waited a few mins before my exam to start, I picked my frames. When my exam was completed, I was able to sit with Carina. She was awesome with helping to maximize my insurance use and get all I need. I loved her patience and great customer service. Carina even changed out the pads on my current glasses. This team is always awesome, even when I bring my son and daughter!
