Not good on two occasions now. Other locations have helped me with a temporary pair of contacts when I'm in a jam waiting to be able to buy contacts from them. I had my exam, bought 2 pairs of glasses, and I am a long time customer with a neurodevelopmental disability and I have lapses in finances and getting treated for anything health related including eyes. So when this happens I ask for reasonable assistance and the staff and manager refuse to help. Everywhere else will. Don't come here

Some of the best customer service I've experienced at an America's Best! I came in here a little bit ago because a box of contacts I had ordered had gotten lost in the mail and I couldn't seem to get a hold of any customer service reps. They redirected me to a number that could help me out and gave me a free trial pair of contacts to hold me over until they shipped me a new box! Total life savers and super friendly and sweet people. I highly recommend this location!

I purchased contact lenses with cash; my contacts were not on site and needed to be ordered. I was given a trial pair of contacts to try while I waited on my order to arrive. After wearing the trials for a day, they did not meet my expectations, resulting in my cancelling my order. Since I paid in cash, I was told that Americas Best Corporate, would have to send me a check as the stores do not have cash over $30. You should know that it has been more than 3 weeks and I have not received my refund. All I am getting are excuses. I will never do business with Americas Best again and strongly suggest that you don't either. I am in the process of lodging a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I chose this location assuming they had a bigger selection than the one by my house. Learned that they are all the same but the difference for me is the service. Janice took so much time in helping me select my frames and giving me great suggestions that I can use in the future. She's very knowledgeable about her job and making me feel as if I was the only one there. She didn't rush me in making a selection which I liked because I can be real indecisive when it comes to picking out frames. I will definitely be back to this location on the future. Very happy with my selection
