Came in as a walk-in. I was overdue for new glasses. The whole staff was super friendly. They helped with fixing my glasses so I can have them until the new ones come in. Thank you!! Also, Christina was awesome and super helpful. She helped me pick something out of my norm which I'm excited about. Overall, a great experience. Great staff and service.

I have been coming to America's Best on Elston for over 10 years. Now my husband and kids come as well. The customer service is excellent. I keep coming back because they are helpful, courteous, and on the rare occasion I've needed something changed (ex. my prescription updated after a trial, glasses re-made) they are accommodating. I always leave as a happy customer. Lisset is incredibly professional as is her team. I've never had an issue with any Dr., but I've especially liked Dr. Kim recently. My husband now goes here as well and is equally as happy with the experience and service.

We came in from out of town and needed urgent care after my daughter lost her right contact. Dr. Nixon was so amazing along with all her staff including the 3 receptionist that helped us. We are so satisfied with the care provided and how they were able to get us in last minute. We've never had such great care from an optical care in the 11 yrs we've been visiting other optical clinics. Deserve 10 stars!

They are always so kind and helpful here, I always order my contact lenses and use my insurance no problem they make it so easy. I've been coming here for years and will continue to, It's in a great location as well. The front desk receptionists are the best

Christina was so helpful today. I don't think I've ever written a review but I've been going to this same location for over 20 years. Easy Peezy lemon squeezy. Fast, effortless. Good prices. I highly recommend!

The manager, Lissette Roman, was a miracle worker! She went above and beyond to make my experience and service unbelievable. I am so glad that I came to this store. I definitely give this store a 5 star rating!

I went there today on 2663 N Elston. Front and other stuff are nice until when i meet ( Asian Dr. Ms Choi or Cho. She did my test on rush and fast. I am not even have time to recognize which one is i can see better. I told her it too fast let me see again she keep getting upset and impatient . And telling me my answer not right and not the same. Of cause you pushing me too fast i not even think or make sure which one i can see better. She needs quick answers and say something about i am massed up since my answer not match during the eye exam and getting upset i can tell from her voice. I feel uncomfortable and not sure if my exam comes out correct. Pls Do not rush and be patient Pls treat the people nicer and do not upset with the customer . I come here to get the good service since i paid for . I am very disappointed. This is my first time so I wont go back again . You can check others reviews also mention about her.

I went today for an eye exam, contacts, and glasses. Ms. Lee assisted us during checkout and provided excellent customer service. She was very helpful, professional, and made the experience pleasant.
