Front of the house was very helpful! However, my only concern is Dr. Chung. I have never felt so uncomfortable during an eye exam until today. From the moment I stepped into the exam room, I noticed that her vibe was off. Althought I tried to brush it off, her hostility showed. Whenever she would prompt a question and I would answer, there was a continuous sigh. Whenever I incorrectly read some letters, there was an even louder sigh followed by a short response and a rude attitude.
Typically, I would brush this off and consider that she might be having a rough day, however, this is not proper patient care! I should not feel uncomfortable or like I'm an inconvenience while receiving an eye exam.

This must be the greatest America's Best I have come to visit. I came in as a walk in and was seen withing a few minutes. Jackie was great. She was very patient with me and explained my coverage with detail. She was very knowledgeable on the different products offered and made me feel comfortable and not rushed throughout my entire shopping experience. I highly recommend this optical to anyone who wants amazing customer service.
