America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I had a a bad experience at this location a few yrs back but decided to give them another chance which I regret. The eye Doc was very rude. The glasses were not working for me so i webt bk after a over a week. The manager did nothing but contradict herself & double talking. When I challenged het explanations, she denied saying what she said. I was told they couldnt f8x the bifocal until i saw the eye doc again. At this time he asked me a question & when I began to reply he turned, gave mean a look & firmly said "do you not see I am doing something!!? My reply to his ignorance was " WELL you should had waited to ask the question than" he became even more rude. My glasses were sent bk & returned, I am still not happy. I will never go there again!!!!

I had a great experience at America's Best! The associates were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful from start to finish. They took their time answering my questions, walked me through my options, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated their patience and professionalism. Definitely recommend this location if you're looking for good service and a smooth experience ask for Lilly & Itzel, they are the best.

I took my daughter over the weekend and Margaret was so amazing! She was so kind, super helpful and patient. I was actually having a bad day and her uplifting spirits turned me around. She was kind enough to help and double check our benefits to make sure we had the best possible coverage with insurance. I've been to other locations and to this one as well, I would definitely want to have Margaret assisting me again.

It was great service and everyone was very professional, friendly, and polite. I even got taken in the same day I called. I got helped mainly by Margaret and she was wonderful at picking out my frame and lenses.

My experience at America's Best couldn't have been better. I needed an urgent appointment and was seen within the hour. Everything went smoothly with minimal waiting. Multiple staff members encouraged me to browse the frames--something oddly never suggested at other optical shops. I was in and out in under 10 minutes, compared to just the wait time at places like Visionworks. 11/10 experience.

I love American Best, they always help me out on what I need for my vision. Workers there are super friendly and welcoming. But today I when I went to pick up my glasses I walked in into the most cold conditions anyone can work under. Their heater is not working, so place is freezing and employees are keeping warm with a small space heater for such big place. And with this snow storm coming in, they should've closed down for today. Nobody deserves to be working under such conditions. American Best can do much better at keeping their employees warm and avoid getting sick so they can keep on coming in to work and keep on giving the best costumer service. I love this place but having employees work under such conditions is inhumane. Do better please.
