I had a horrible experience at another company/location & made an appt here last minute as an emergency. As a brand new customer with terrible astigmatism, I was amazed at the great quality of service/care I received here from the ladies at the front desk & the Optometrist. I saw the Optometrist Mateusz Kozlowski and he went above & beyond to quickly see me, give me an accurate prescription, and I received my contact lenses quicker than expected. Absolutely amazing service!!!

The team here is AMAZING! They are so great at making you feel comfortable and explaining things to you along the way. And Mario helped me find the most PERFECT FRAMES! He knew my size, complexion, and face shape and picked out better frames than I could've even imagined. I could not be more happy with my visit. UPDATED REVIEW: While this location provided my son with a glasses prescription that was completely unusable, the management at this location was at least willing to work with me on a resolution (which resulted in a full refund). Therefore, I have increased the rating given. However, I cannot change it to 5 stars due to the fact that the issue occurred in the first place.

I still don't need glasses, they were very nice and of all the places I've been for an eye exam I'd have to say I was extremely satisfied with all the testing I got done for the price.
This place is very nicely laid out and has all the equipment needed to do a complete eye exam I'll also add the place is not crowded and cramped! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I'm not sure who I just spoke to on the phone but she was extremely nice and very helpful! I really appreciate that kind of customer service! My husband was here roughly two years ago and all the staff were extremely nice!
If a manager would like to find out who specifically, I spoke to her around 4:50ish. She tried to help me figure out if my insurance was in network.
