Amazing experience! Staff was professional and beyond courteous in explaining best options to maximize insurance benefits. Jay was friendly, efficient and helpful, Dr. C took the time to explain retinal screening and was beyond kind through the entire exam and Julia was the best! She had already picked out frames that she thought I may be interested in by the time the exam was over, and took the time to price and "consult" just about every frame in the store. Easily my best experience at an optometrist- and went home with my favorite (and most affordable) glasses in years!

I love the doctor here; super friendly and takes his time. The rest of the experience is pretty miserable though. Across two exams and two pairs of glasses (one I ordered based on the prescription they gave and one I ordered from them), I'm still left with the same issues. The people up front are clearly hired as salespeople and it shows. They could not care less about anything other than their next sale. Definitely won't be returning.

So kind and knowledgeable! I didn't even purchase my frames here but the opticians there were beyond nice and ready to give me free advice on some pain I've been experiencing due to my glasses bridge and offering some easy solutions I could explore. I left optimistic about my optical outlook and will definitely go back in the future with any questions or concerns I have. Thanks team :)

The exam was great and the doctor was so kind. But the sales lady was INCREDIBLY pushy about buying the more expensive frames and it made me incredibly uncomfortable. She also brushed past my questions I had regarding the add-ons for lenses. I would not recommend shopping for frames he re

I was greeted by two amazing employees named Jay and Olah( sorry for incorrect spelling). They not only took care of my vision needs, but even went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and appreciated! Dr. Garcia was thorough and professional with my eye exam and even answered all my health related questions in a way that I could understand.
This phenomenal team is what changes a business from good to great! I'm so grateful that BCO has such wonderful and hardworking people working there!
