Best optometrist I've ever had. Ranjodh has been doing my exams for 2+ years and has completely changed the game for my vision. Always kind staff and lots of frames to choose from in North Andersonville. I went to a different BCO location for my annual exam this past December, and let's just say, I won't be making that mistake again!! After a quick assessment of my new frames/lenses, Ranjodh was able to set the prescription right and I got my lenses replaced for free. He's the best!

This place is sincere and has great service, expertise and a decent selection of eyewear. I ve reached that point in my life where things near seem fuzzy and things far seem invisible . They gave me multiple trials (stage by stage) multi focals , then bi focals . We finally had a winner winner 20-20 dinner ! I got a pair of glasses with latest prescription lenses. When they came in , there was a corner where vision was still fuzzy. Considering the cost, I was fully expecting a charge to get this sorted or a push back that you tue the glasses are fine. They fixed it and I got it back in a week. Very pleasant staff . This is my second time going here and consistency in service has also been reassuring.

Jay and Dustin were equally helpful throughout the process. They walked us through the ordering steps, answered all our questions, and made sure everything went smoothly. When we noticed a small scratch on one of my lenses, they handled the replacement quickly and without any hassle. This is a truly caring and professional team that takes your eye health seriously. The exam process was easy and well explained and very straightforward. Picking out and ordering new glasses was faster than at any other store in my my experience and very professionally handled. My doctor and the technicians were all exceptionally friendly and I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Prices were very competitive and I can highly recommend Big City Optical and their staff.

Dr. Sidhu and the staff at the North Andersonville location are great. This is my second year having my annual eye exam done here. I was able to get an exam and my glasses repaired in under 30mins with exceptional customer service. Looking forward to coming back years to come!
