Blink Family Eyecare

I highly recommend Blink Family Eyecare. The staff are always friendly, efficient, and make the experience feel personal. During my most recent visit, Erin (the location manager) went out of her way to help me submit a rebate on contacts which saved me $250!

Blink Family Eye Care is excellent. I'm not the easiest patient--between a complicated prescription and my Type A personality--but Dr. Phan has been consistently patient and thoughtful as my vision needs have evolved (hello, presbyopia). She always prioritizes eye health, recommends best options, and helps problem-solve solutions that actually fit my lifestyle and preferences. When she once noticed something concerning during dilation, she immediately referred me to a specialist--who thankfully confirmed all was well. I truly appreciated her taking the concern seriously and making sure I received expeditious care. The staff are equally wonderful. Erin has been especially helpful with insurance, frame selection, and the occasional tweak or adjustment (Type A, again). I highly recommend Dr. Phan and the entire Blink Family Eye Care team.

Went to Blink on the recommendation of a friend and was so glad I did! My husband and I both had eye appointments and got new glasses. We are both so pleased with the professionalism, kindness, and ease of working with Blink. Their office is quiet and calm and all our questions were answered with patience and care. I chose Blink because it's nearby and had good reviews, but after my first time I can say I'd go here even if it weren't so close. Dr. Phan is great. She's very kind, patient, and took as much time as needed to answer my questions. Erin is also great and creates an upbeat, friendly atmosphere.

I visited Blink for the first time today and I was blown away that I had a private appointment / the place to myself! You feel valued and special like you're in the VIP section of eye care. They're not trying to rush through anything and explained everything so thoroughly, I learned a lot! Their equipment is state of the art and modern! I had never seen some of the machines they used at my previous doctor (a big chain corporation) shop small and support local! Thanks Blink!

So, I broke my glasses a few days ago and couldn't get the lenses back in. I stopped by Blink just to see if they'd help me. I'd never been here before and stopped in because it's next door to my chiro. They didn't even hesitate to help when I asked how much it would be to help me fix my glasses. Erin asked to see them, disappeared for 1 minute, and came back with my glasses fixed AND I know she retightened them because they fit better than they have in awhile lol. They didn't charge me anything and were so gracious even though I'm not a client! I'm really grateful and will be stopping by them the next time I need new glasses!

Blink is my favorite eye doctor ever! Erin and Dr. Phan are the best. They create such a welcoming and positive environment and truly make it a joy to come in.

i wish i could give it 6 stars. Dr. Pham helped me with an eye problem and explained it in a way I could easily understand. She referred me to a dermatologist who will resolve the issue. Erin did all of the pre-visit inventory of questions over the phone. They were very organized for my visit to the store/Dr. Pham. At first it might seem as if they have a limited selection of frames, since the space is smaller than the chain stores. However, looking around, I quickly found two perfect, stylish frames - glasses and sunglasses. Normal priced. Erin managed insurance paperwork electronically. Wearing my glasses now. Highly recommend.
