I was calling around to find a place that would see kinda on short notice. When I called, the people that answered the phone were extremely friendly, patient and genuinely kind. I could tell right away this might be a great experience off the vibe. As soon as you walk you're greeted warmly and checked in promptly. Everyone there was extremely friendly and smiling. It felt being somewhere where the individuals felt happy to be there and enjoyed what they were doing. The front desk lady was so nice and helpful. I got seen almost right away and was escorted back to one of the exam rooms by Jason. This young man was so freaking awesome at what he does and super nice !!!!!! After that I went back to the front to look at some frames when I got called back to the other exam room to wait for Dr. Sandoval. He was really great, patient detailed and kind !!!! He explained everything to me very clearly and was pleasant to interact with. After the exam I was passed off to Brenda. The cherry on top you could say because she was just as incredible as everyone else !!! She was sooooo helpful in helping me pick just the right frames for me and gave her honest opinion. She too was also patient, friendly and explained everything clearly. Before I left I let them know that the entire staff was amazing and that this honestly was the best place I've ever been to for eye care. The customer service here was absolutely and insanely EXCEPTIONAL !!!!! The overall vibe and joy that you feel when walking in is incredible. From the genuine kindness, phenomenal service and to the amazing pictures on the wall. I don't believe you will find a better, kinder, friendlier or happier staff anywhere else. I will be coming here from now on and won't ever go anywhere else. I was absolutely blessed to find this place and couldn't be happier with my experience. Thank you so much to everyone especially Jason, Brenda and Dr. Sandoval for the best experience I've ever had getting new glasses !!!!!

First time being there (they explain everything step by step as well), everyone so friendly. Im glad they helped get the perfect glasses and the frames they have are super cute and comfortable (the cases are cute too). Definitely this optical place is recommended

Not only did I find ample parking, Buena Vista Optical greeted me warmly and in a beautiful place. The front reception and store is pristine. My eye exam was 'eye opening' no pun intended. After the preliminary eye exam, Jason explained every test and the results. I was also the played an informative video explaining what was happening with my eyes and then the Doc came in and gave me my diagnosis. Jason was professional and knowledgeable-and awesome and kind, David who helped me pick out what my next step -via options and frames, the Doc and everyone at BVO were great! Will be coming back for all eye and frame needs!

I've been coming here with my family to get our glasses for about 16 years now and it's always a great experience. The staff is always very welcoming and helpful and very knowledgeable. They have an excellent and wide selection of frames to choose from and also a wide variety of contact options. They also have your glasses ready in what feels like no time at all. Great service, awesome people. I thoroughly recommend them.

My family and I have been coming here since I was in grammar school and now am graduating from college. We love coming here everyone is very friendly and the styles for frames keep updating to fit with current trends. The employees here are helpful and patient in helping you choose the right glasses and contacts you want that fit your style and budget.

I would totally recommend this place! I am beyond grateful that I found it. The customer service is superb since the start! I was able to get scheduled on the same week. My appointment was on time I barely waited on the waiting area. The technicians were very knowledgeable and so do the doctor. I want to give a special mention on this lovely lady Jazz! I felt that I was with a friend from years! We joked, we laughed and I was able to get something that I liked and something that worked for me.
