I have been a customer of theirs for a couple of years now. You will need to make an appointment in advance if you want to see them. The reason being is they are very busy. They're very busy because they are AWESOME at what they do! Great customer service, very thorough and most helpful with vision care plans. They will take their time and make sure your vision plan is accepted. My vision care plan is quite a pain in the butt and requires some messing around in order to get it to go through. They took the time and made sure it went through without a problem. Most places would just kind of blow you off and put the problem on your shoulders. They do not! They will make sure it all goes through and you get the best price possible! Their customer service is out of this world. My appointment was scheduled for noon and I was seen at 12:05p. That's impressive to me! Also, I'm terrible when it comes to picking out frames for myself. They took the time to help me pick out frames that fit my face the best. I really appreciated that help. Who knows what I would have picked out if I didn't have their help. LOL. I guess I could have been less long-winded, but I felt it necessary to explain how great this place is. Trust me. You will not be disappointed if you decide to try them. You will become a customer for life.

Family and I have been going here for over 30 years and wouldn't go elsewhere. ALL the docs and other staff are professional, knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and prompt. I would recommend without hesitation.

doctors are nice. there is one receptionist not so much. waiting period is very long.

This place is owned by a family of optometrist. They are a great team and are very accommodating to your schedule and have late hours if needed.
