Everyone was friendly, Polite and Professional. They were running a bit behind , but I know that is " Normal" in almost all Dr appointments so I had NO issues with that. It was my first time with this Doctor and he couldn't have been nicer with a great sense of humour. He answered all questions and was helpful. I have been coming to this facility for over 17 years and have Never had Anything but the best experience every time . Thank You.

My experience with the eye Institute was very helpful, relaxing and informative, I left there with the feeling of being confident in the team that will be on this journey Thu out my transplants, because the unknown is scary, so it helps me when I have enough information to understand what will be happening during this surgery and because my question were answered with confident ( not I don't know, but I will find out) and knowledge. It was a long wait and I couldn't understand all of the staff as if English was their second language. A select group of young women were focused on everything but getting to the patients. They were on their phones talking, could have been more productive with their time as they are getting paid to handle patients and not making someone wait an hour and 45 minutes because someone brought in donuts.
Dr. Lopez was great he's smart and professional. Treated me with care and respect. I just wish the doctor had some better staff because he deserves it. Doctor gets a 5star

The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient, and my wait time was minimal. The technician who did my initial screening was professional and put me at ease.
Dr. Marruenda himself was great. He took the time to explain the results of my exam in detail and answered all of my questions patiently. I felt very informed and cared for. The office was clean and well-organized.
