The worst experience I ever had in a eye center. I have medicaid insurance so they treat people differently. It's totally dependent on what insurance and how much you spend on their products. I have place an order almost a month. I did not receive anything till right now.
You may see good reviews but you can see their reality when you are there.

I received excellent care and excellent customer service at Chicago eye care center on June 30, 2024. I saw Dr. Gelb. She informed me that the contact brand I was using was contributing to my dry eyes. She changed my contact brand and I could immediately feel the drastic improvement of my condition. I even received $100 rebate for a year supply of the new contact brand. So, I got a year supply of contacts for almost 1/2 off (1. 6mo. Supply was $20 with rebate). Attached is a photo of everything I received from Chicago Eye care Center. Moving forward, this will be the ONLY place I go to for my contacts! Impressive care and professionalism
Update: Returned to Dr. Gelb 17AUG25. She gave me a new contact prescription. We used the same brand (Bausch+Lomb Ultra). She sent me home with some goodies. I received my yr supply, contact solution, contact rehydration drops, and a $65 rebate!!! Dr. Gelb & staff remain phenomenal as is the service. I'm appreciative of their help!

The reviews of this place speak for themselves! I recently went to this eye care center after having a bad experience with another eye care center in Devon, and this place is so nice! Dr. Tranh is a very skilled and good doctor! The equipment they use to examine your eyes are state of the art compared to other eye doctors. Would easily recommend this place. Oh also, the place is clean and smells really good.
