Love Dr. Staci. She was very good at problem solving my near & far sighted issues so I can keep wearing contacts and avoid readers. She really spends the time & wants to get it right. Plus she & all the front desk staff are really warm & friendly! Highly recommend!

I love Dr. Staci Ducker!! I have never seen so clearly out of my new contacts in my life! The time she spent with me was unbelievable. In this day and age I'm always so rushed with all my other doctors. Staci spent over an hour with me! I recommend her highly for all your eyewear needs.

Dr Staci Ducker is amazing! My exam was thorough and quick. My glasses broke (she gave me a solution for that!)and I ran out of contacts, she provided me enough trials to get through the month! She also gave me a trial sample of monthly contacts, to see if I'd prefer those better. I highly recommend City Eye Works to anyone for an eye exam. The optical team is incredibly friendly and helpful! I will only come here for my exams moving forward. :)

Dominique is the loveliest person to be greeted with, she made me feel super comfortable while doing my intake (especially because I had to hold my eyes open to get air puffed into my eyes). Staci is a wonderful, professional, and so personable. She got me in and out while still making me feel welcome and informed. Lovely office, 10/10 would recommend

One of the best experiences in healthcare I have had in a long time. The team here cares greatly and that means a lot through the whole process of getting an eye exam and new prescription. Dr. Staci is phenomenal to work with and helped answer questions others doctors couldn't answer for me.

I've experienced several issues with City Eyeworks and will not be returning. They didn't communicate the tests and exams required for new patients, which resulted in unexpected additional costs for me. They could not provide an itemized receipt detailing the charges from my visit. I've been waiting six weeks for my trial contacts which were supposed to arrive within one week of my exam, and now they're saying it'll be another 5-10 business days. All around the service is disappointing and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Great experience with this service... Sonia was extremely friendly and very professional...She made me feel very comfortable and explained the procedures and made this visit seem to me like I was a personal family member ... Also Doctor Staci Ducker was extremely nice and thorough in performing my exam ...I highly recommend this office for anyone and everyone who needs to feel comfortable during their eye exam procedures ....

I don't recommend going here. Incredibly unreliable and misleading on billed services. After the eye exam, they "ordered" a pair of trial contacts and said it would take about 3 weeks to receive them. It took over a month before they arrived and when I went to pick them up, it looks like they closed 20 minutes early. I have called multiple times now and left a voicemail to confirm they will be open when I am able to pick them up and have yet to receive a call back. Very disappointing and a frustrating process just to pick up a pair of trial contacts. See Monica Kasper's note about the misleading billed services.
