To the owner of this facility. I have been a loyal customer of your family-owned business for over 20 years, always appreciating the great service you provide. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me very disappointed. About a month before school started, I brought my daughter in with her prescription to order glasses. We paid nearly $600, which I understood given the custom adjustments we requested. The daughter of the owner assisted us and was very friendly, but she forgot to send our order on time. She promised the glasses would arrive within a week, but when I called to check, she couldn't locate the order or provide a clear explanation. After giving her a day to resolve the issue, I didn't receive any follow-up, and when I reached out again, I was given conflicting information and delays without honesty. I was neither offered an apology nor a discount for the inconvenience and delay. This lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable, especially from a business I trusted for so long. I am very upset with both the service and the glasses, and I regret having to say that I will not be returning or recommending this place anymore. I hope this feedback encourages you to improve your customer communication and accountability.

I've been visiting this location, nearly all of my life. You are not treated as a customer rather as family. They take care of every need and make sure to meet or exceed all expectations. They are bilingual English and Spanish. This is a family run business with very deep, rooted positive ethics. Everyone there is amazing and friendly. All walks of life are accepted. Every pair of glasses I've ever gotten have been perfect. They even offer contact lenses. Make sure you go on Saturday and say hi to Lydia. She is the sweetest, most amazing woman I have ever met. She has an amazing smile and a beautiful laugh. Monica is also absolutely amazing. She will make you feel so welcomed. Carmen is the sweetest woman you'll ever meet. Always with a smile on her face. Louis is an absolute genius. He can fix anything in regards to glasses. And he always has the most amazing attitude towards life. Gerardo is also a master craft at what he does. He's a very kind and gentle soul. I truly believe you will have the best experience when it comes to glasses and contacts.

Family owned businesses! So many styles to choose from. You don't feel like you're in a doctor's office because of the personable experience you'll get. Everyone is amazing and treats you like a member of their family. The fastest turnaround time for service. Everyone is bilingual speaking Spanish and English. The doctor's are kind and gentle. Everyone working there is extremely knowledgeable.

My family has been serviced at this location for over 15 years. Nothing but incomparable service. The hospitality is welcoming and they really aim for complete quality. I highly recommend this optical as you can find competitive prices for styling glasses.

The staff is very nice and are well attentive to your needs. Nice frames overall. I'd definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I went in and bought 2 frames with lenses, and another using my old frame just new lenses. I purchased progressive lenses like I've been wearing. Long story short 2 are ok the 3rd is horrible. Like a totally different prescription. The reading part is to high and I've drove almost 3 hours round trip 4 different times to have them lower the reading because everything is completely blurry when trying to drive or have a conversation. So finally I said after another call today just give me my prescription and I'll go to America's best. I found they do a better job for about same price. I'm truly disappointed and will never go back

Been going there for YEARS. Amazing & friendly service. Needed my glasses ASAP cause i lost mine. They did everything possible to get em the same day within 20minutes . Definitely thankful with them.

I took my family here to get their eyes checked and we all left happy! My oldest son got his glasses same day! The rest if us waited a couple days cause of the extra but the turn around time was fast. I absolutely love the customer service. The doctor and staff were very attentive. Great experience.
