Came here the other day with my daddy. For someone who is apprehensive about going to any doctor, Doctor John really put my dad at ease! I know my dad was nervous. But thankfully we had an appointment and didn't have to wait long so his nerves weren't too bad once we got to the exam room with the doctor. Doctor John was professional, patient and funny! He eased that tension like a hot knife through butter with his wit. He really took care of my daddy which I really appreciate. And I know my dad definitely appreciates it. Dr. John took the time to understand what it was my dad needed glasses for and went a step above to match him with the best prescription for his daily needs. Parking is slightly packed because of the building it's next to, but you can find a space either in the lot or on the side street. The facility was clean. When it was time to get up close and personal, I appreciate the doctor putting a mask on for everyone's sake. The doctor even checked my dads blood pressure.. I didn't know that he could see that it may be high by looking into his eyes. It was. So that visit let me know that I need to be paying attention to that now because my dad is in great health appearance wise, but because he is he hesitant about doctors we wouldn't have known without Doctor John taking that extra step. Thanks for everything Doc!

Well now, I'm seeing the reviews about you guys and I have an appointment tomorrow but the young lady hasn't even called to confirm my appointment. I tried calling and now their number is disconnected. I feel like I just got saved from experiencing what the others have in the past. Shame on you and your staff!

I made the unfortunate mistake of getting my eyes examined here & replacing my eyewear. The only female worker there did not provided good customer service throughout the ordeal. I gave her my most fashionable and best frames to send with my prescription to their lab. I kept calling on the status and eventually she told me that they had lost my frames. They had me select a cheap frame to replace mine. I would not recommend this placet to anyone.

They never answer the phone and never stay open. They close when they feel like it and I have been waiting in contacts for over 4 months.

I placed an order for eyeglasses in October 2021. I was told I'd receive a call when they were in. I've had to call to find out the status of the glasses every time. First time sent out the door with right frames but not the lenses I paid extra for. Second time right lenses, wrong frames. It's been 7 month! I was just on hold for 16 minutes before hanging up. This is your business! I would NOT recommend & whether this gets resolved or not, family & I will not be back for new service.

From the day I came to this place I have appreciated EVERYONE. From the doctor who has been exceptional as I have A LOT of vision issues, to his staff who are very patient with me. I refuse to see any other eye doctor at this point until he decides to retire which I hope is NEVER.

I usually never write reviews but this place is very inconvenient. I just came from there hoping to pick up my contacts but they were closed and they're supposed to be open. Not only that but it took them over a month to call me and notify me that one of my trials was ready for pick up. I had to call them instead. When I did go back to pick them up I thought they were closed. The blinds were closed and the door was locked so I knocked on the door and someone finally opened the door. Seems to me like staff is just lazy. They told me I didn't need an appointment to return and have the doctor check out the trials so I went back and the doctor wasn't even there. Once I do get my contacts I will not be going back. Very disappointed with this place.
