I had my eyes checked by Dr. Kevin after work on a Friday two weeks ago.Ashley Checked me in quickly and greeted me with a smile. In less than five minutes I was in front of the doctor and they performed all the exams and tests expeditiously. When it was time to get glasses I was helped by Joseph. He definitely took the attention and care was finding the best frames for my face shape which I've always struggled with in the past. He went the extra mile by tracking down a pair frames that were at a different location and made sure that I would have the perfect class is going into the fall season. The staff and the doctor at this location are fantastic and I would recommend them highly to anyone!

I have seen Dr. Pfeiffer at Custom Eyes on Southport for several years, he is professional and very thorough especially with my high prescription. The staff there had assisted in getting my contacts covered under medical necessity until last year when for some reason it was a challenge and took at least a month. This year I made an appointment and was called 30 minutes beforehand being advised that though they take my insurance they will no longer submit for my contacts for medical necessity. I went to a Vision Works, had an appointment and received my contacts covered by medical necessity with in a week. I am disappointed that I am no longer able to see Dr. Pfeiffer and go to Custom Eyes.

Dr Pfeiffer is professional up-to-date on current trends and very responsive. I had an eye accident which involved a chemical burn during the workday this week. They got me in immediately, and he assessed and treated me and got a prescription in all within the hour. He saw me in the days that followed and reassess the eyes Daily to assure me that the Vision was returning to normal. I was in a complete panic when I saw him the first time and he was kind and calming. Highly recommend this doctor highly recommend the entire staff and front desk as they are professional, welcoming, and kind.

Had a very positive experience at Custom Eyes yesterday. Warm and friendly yet even more important to me was the skill level of the person who assisted me named Speed. Speed had taken special training with the Lindberg brand so he was able to adjust the frames when many others who had attempted to do so previously missed the mark. I'm grateful. Properly adjusted glasses are essential to me so it was a big deal.

Really love going to this particular branch of Custom Eyes. I have been going here since moving to Chicago from NYC. My first place I went to = terrible service. Then went to Custom Eyes on Southport and received great service, excellent follow-up and consistent quality. Very happy and highly recommend them.

Stopped by to get popped lense fixed that required fixing the wire in the frame as well. Mary got up instantly and not only fixed that asap but also adjusted my frame to my liking. All that with the broadest smile and no charge. Phenomenal!!!

There was a whole ordeal where my glasses had to be sent to Paris to be fixed. Ashley the store manager communicated with me the whole time and I never had to chase after anyone to figure out what was going on. They even ordered me more contacts while I was waiting for the glasses. Even though I had to wait over a month for them to return, it was excellent customer service.
