"I wish I could give them a ZERO !!What a horrible experience and I didn't even get an appointment. My Insurance sent me here because its in my Network . I called and personally spoke to Dr Spindel and he asked me to call him on Saturday morning he would see me before he left on vacation . I called all morning till 1Pm never got a call or answer back. My doctors office called to schedule an appointment the v.m said they would be closed from April 7th till Aprill 22nd. my doctor called again to get me an emergency visit and they reception answered the phone and said stop calling so many times and hung up the call. this place is not a place that VALUES there patients and by the way the reception answered the phone seems like she hates here job. the doctor made it clear he is only worried about his vacation time and money . I'm sure the 5 star rating he acquired previously was from his own staff trying to bring this place up to par . I received the worst service and disrespect of care from this place . do not waist your time here because your health and time is not respected here . I also reported them to my Insurance ."

Kind, careful, and somehow also very fast. Highly recommend! This is how I remember doctor visits being 20 years ago.
