Dr. Kowalski was Awesome ! He was very professional and kind at the same time. He took all the time I needed to explain everything and help me get the right type of prescription that I needed. He was very welcoming and friendly as person as well above and beyond just being a good Dr. he is a great person as well. Will defiantly be going back here in the future to see him again .

Not that great. Dr and staff was nice but did not want to share about the hidden costs. asked for anti glare on lenses and they immediately put the premium anti glare $300 option without even asking me. Very small selections of frames that were under 175 dollars.

My third visit at this location and Dr Kowalski continues to be consistent with his excellent level of care and attention to detail. He doesn't rush you through the exam. He explains what he's doing and what he finds and I really value that when it comes to my healthcare. Tish helped me select a new pair of frames and she really was thorough and patient in helping me select a pair that was complimentary to my face and style. And she had such a calm disposition. You felt seen with her!

It was an excellent experience. Right from the person who greeted us when we stepped inside the premises, to the person who did some tests, then Dr. Nuha Siddiqi who explained everything to me very clearly and nicely, to the person who helped me select the frame and lens, everybody was so cordial and respectful. I got a royal treatment without being from the royal pedigree. I will definitely recommend my friends, colleagues and family to visit Lenscrafters and especially the Roosevelt Collection store.

I've had my last two annual check-ups here, and the experience has been fantastic both times. The entire team, from the front desk staff to the doctors, is incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. They genuinely care about addressing every question and need, and I always walk out with everything I require for the year.
As a software developer, my eyesight is critical. I really appreciate that the doctor doesn't just push for a stronger prescription if it isn't necessary. They took the time to discuss everything from daily wear to new studies, making me feel completely comfortable and assured that my eyes are in great hands.
The staff also deserves a special mention for making the insurance process totally seamless. They handled all of my questions and made what can often be a daunting task feel simple and straightforward.
