My 1st visit with Dr. Patel and I have absolutely NO complaints! Dr. Patel was very pleasant to work with, very punctual to my appointment time, and extremely forthcoming with providing information and insight around my exam. I felt like I was being treated like a patient that has been visiting for years, even though it was my 1st visit. I would definitely recommend her and her staff!

It was my first visit with Patel, she seemed rushy, sarcastic, acted liked she didn't want to be bothered, and was not friendly, during the eye exam or when I picked up glasses. I didn't feel good seeing her. Jeff was very friendly, helpful, seemed to care and was nice.

She is very crass. My mother was there to pick up a pr. of glasses, she had her read from the receipt instead of giving her the eye test sheet to see if she could read out of the glasses. Then she implied that since she didn't do the exam at Pearle Vision, that my mom should go back to her optometrist (Rush hospital) because it wasn't Pearle Vision's fault if she can't see out of the glasses. This was very insensitive to my mother who is 101 yrs. old. Dr. Patel is disrespectful.

Dr. Patel and the staff are very thorough with cleaning after each patient and sanitizing all equipment and glasses. Trying on frames was surprisingly, an easy experience. Everyone is so polite and professional! I'm happy with the frames I picked out and appreciate their recommendations. I will definitely be coming back.

Dr. Patel is honestly the best medical professional I've ever had. So kind and friendly and fun to talk to. But I wish I was actually told about the expected prices when I made my appointment. I wasn't told the lenses wouldn't be covered at all, and I was floored when I heard my bill was $347. Not cool.

My appointment took place during the COVID 19 pandemic and she and her staff made me feel safe and took safety measures to protect me and themselves. She was very detailed to explain to me my prescription, and measures to help me to maintain visual health. I appreciate her professionalism.
