Dr. Gregory J. Pacelli, MD

Dr. Pacelli has given us the kind of support, guidance and knowledge that we really need. My daughter has been working with him for two years now and has seen so much improvement. I appreciate his dedication and firmness!

He was my daughter's ophthalmologist for my daughter when she was 3 years old and because of him and how strict he was with the process and his recommendations her eyes are aligned and no crossing. Yes it would be uncomfortable at times but he was right!! Us parents need to stop being so sensitive and put our kids first. It does pay off. Now I see it. Stop complaining and listen to him! Thank you Dr. Pacelli!!

Scheduled an appointment for my daughter's eyes to be checked, waited long enough for her eyes to be dilated but babies are babies - you cannot control them. I asked the doctor a simple question if something was wrong, he responded to me LET ME DO MY JOB in a rude manner and worst he made my baby cry so hard. He's not nice at all. You cannot ask him a question or else he'll get mad. WTH are we there for??? He didn't explain anything nor gave us a diagnosis, he just told us to come back after 6 mos but there's no way we're coming back after how he treated us in his office. We left his clinic with so many questions.I told my baby's pcp about our BAD experience with Dr. Pacelli and she advise us not to go back to him anymore. She referred us to a different doctor, WAY NICER, VERY PROFESSIONAL, LISTENS TO OUR CONCERN/S and EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. This is why you should read the reviews first!

He might be a smart doctor, but setting up my sons appointment for the first time sounds like its he is not a friendly doctor for my kids. Even my husband noticed it when he met the doctor. When my older son see him, he is strict and easily irritated as my son described him. I understand he do all his scheduled appointments, receiving calls, and check ups but we need a doctor that is kids friendly.

I wish I had read reviews on this guy before going because he was horrible to me and my son. Being that his specialty is in pediatrics, I thought he would be able to talk to my son through the eye test and put him at ease. I had no idea what tests we were going to have to do and he immediately informed me that we would have to get his eyes dilated. The way he grabbed my son and put the drops in, I stood there in shock. My son became very upset and distressed. I calmed him down but the whole time Dr. Pacelli was of no help and basically snapped at us. I know part of my son's uneasiness was because of how he was being treated by Dr. Pacelli. Do not go to this man if you have a child younger than five-years-old and probably any other child at any age. He also does not take a credit/debit card and only checks. Unfortunately, I can't even give him a O for a review.

Drove all the way from Volo, IL to see this MD in his lincoln ave clinic and waited patiently for more than an hour for my baby to be seen. VERY RUDE, parents can't ask questions while in the room with him and doesn't even answer your question. If he does, he will make you feel very uncomfortable for even asking. It's just a simple question whether or not we should be worried and he gave us a big sigh and said "LIKE I SAID.." Hello, this is the mere reason why we waited for 3 mos to come and see you - to find out if baby's eye is ok. SERIOUSLY, you're going to give us an attitude for asking? What for you become an md?SO UNPROFESSIONAL! Doc - Regardless of what insurance your patient has, YOU SHOULD BE ACCOMODATING AND WILLING TO LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENT'S CONCERN/S! So what if you have 26 years of experience, that doesn't matter with an attitude like that. Very Unsatisfied with the care provided, such a waste of time!!! We don't even know what the findings are.

RUDE and unwilling to listen. WORST experience with a doctor I've ever had. He has no secretary. He speaks over you, and does not allow you to explain yourself. He is easily irritated as mentioned by another review. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!

He is knowledgeable but was HOURS late for my son's 1st appointment with him and was a no show for he second appointment..
