Dr. Micaela Toledo / Clearing Vision

Lived in the area for 25 years. I needed my eyes examined, so I finally decided to give this place a visit. I'm glad I did. Dr. Toledo was thorough with my exam, took the time to explain why my vision changed, educated me on why I have dry eyes, and recommended what I should by to treat them, something other than drops. Also, her office associates were friendly and helpful. Great neighborhood eye doctor I would definitely revisit

I always have had a good experience going to see Dr Toledo! She takes her time and doesn't rush. My kids love going to her office! She's also very friendly!

I absolutely loved this place!! If I can give the Dra. and the front desk girls more than 5 stars I would so do it! It was my first time coming to her office and it was a last minute emergency!! I was able to get a same day appointment without feeling rushed to get there or feeling rushed out. Her clinic is so chic! Definitely up to date in all of her equipment and name brand glasses frames. She took the time to actually explain to me in detail about my vision/prescription and what I needed to know to better take care of my eye health. As she and I were talking, I noticed that she was actually listening to everything we were talking about. That showed me that she genuinely cares about her patients and sees them as something much more than just clients. Definitely a welcoming and unforgettable experience! She and the girls upfront are awesome and bilingual!! It's like they just kept getting cooler by the minute

I had a very bad experience as soon as I walked in this office. The two ladies there seemed upset and were being very curt. I needed an adjustment for my eyeglasses and I've had it done before by the assistant but this time the Dr. was there and denied the service because I didn't purchase the glasses there and they weren't going to be responsible if anything happened. Regardless if I purchase them there or not this is your profession I would expect you help out any customer, and I didn't mind paying for getting it done either if that was the issue. I knew there could be a possibility that when adjusting the glasses they can be damaged but you could've left that to my discretion. I was looking forward to purchase a designer pair of glasses there but honestly, I wouldn't support a small business with this terrible customer service especially coming from who I assume is the owner.

Dr. Toledo & staff (Bertha) provide a level of customer service that is missing from most businesses these days. She provided very useful information necessary for proper eyecare. She is so welcoming, I felt I was talking to an old friend. She takes her time and does a very thorough exam, all the while explaining what she's doing & why it's needed. Even when I move out of the area, I will still come to her for my eyecare needs and so should you.

I would like to start with the face of the clinic the front desk girls are "AWESOME". Very kind, respectful, patient. I have been a patient for 3 years. The Doctor is the best. She does not just give an eye exam and say "oh OK you need glasses" she gives you a very detailed exam. She is so compassionate about her job and we need more Dr's like her. Thank you Clearing Girls!!!

Dr. Toledo did an excellent job of addressing my eye concerns. She was very through and showed what was going on with my eyes. She makes you feel welcomed and at ease while being seen. Highly recommend

The staff is very professional. The Dr is obviously well educated and extremely knowledgeable. She's also very easy to talk to and genuinely cares for all her patients. And they offer a really extensive selection of different styles of glasses. Definitely the best place to go to for all your vision concerns, regardless of where you live.
