Went for an eye exam (contacts and eye glasses) in October, 2022 and was never contacted about my contacts. I messaged doctor for 3 months (responded with vague responses) only to receive a call (January, 2023) from scheduling telling me "My file fell through the cracks!" Plus, I requested a prescription for rigid lenses and wash given one for toric lenses. Incompetent and unprofessional.
