My visit to Pearl Vision was excellent. The office was bright, clean, and updated.
The staff were excellent as well. They were friendly, helpful, informative, and efficient. They ensured I got the most out of my vision benefit.
Dr. Weekes was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, polite, listened to any concerns that I had, and he was friendly.
I plan to make this Pearl Vision my regular one moving forward and make Dr. Weekes my regular eye doctor.
I was previously using Warby Parker for glasses, but I'm glad I went back to a regular optometrist.
My most recent was objectively weird. My eye doctor is Zachary Weekes, who I have been going to for years and I really like; however, on this visit I was informed when I got there that my appointment would be virtual.. I didn't really understand what that meant since I was, in fact, present in the dr's office. I had various tests done with the eye doctor's assistant, who is also great, but when it was time for my exam I was sat in the chair and an ipad next to me connected to a virtual eye doctor I had never met and with whom I had zero connection. After a period of time, I was connected with yet another virtual doctor to do the actual exam. I asked the assistant when they started doing this, I'm not sure, maybe they lost a doctor? She said it's been since the beginning of 2025 and she likes it, so that's good for the employees, I suppose, but I have to say as the patient/customer it was super weird and I'm not a fan of the virtual "care"... I would take more stars off for this, except the employees & doctor who work at this location are genuinely good people, but if I don't actually see my doctor then why would I ever go back?
I've been a patient at Pearle on Clark and Wilson for a few years. Every visit has been exceptional. The entire team is consistently friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable--they even remember me from previous appointments, down to which frames I was interested in the previous year, which makes the experience feel personal and genuine. Dr. Weekes is not only highly skilled but also brings a great sense of humor that makes the visit enjoyable. I truly can't recommend this office enough!
I have been going to this Pearle Vision location since they opened. As someone who has been with Pearle Optical since my first pair of glasses 40 years ago and moved around a lot, I have been to at least 20+ different locations nationwide and can say with all certainly that this has been my favorite location. The staff are always very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. The selection of frames are great and the doctor is top notch and is always able to answer any questions I throw at him, which I do a lot! A+ all day!
Service was fast. They had so many nice options for glasses. Everyone was so kind. Definitely will be going back and would definitely recommend.
Everyone was super nice, the process was quick! They helped me get the best deals with my insurance, it was a great experience. I look forward to getting my new glasses!
Excellent! Dr. Varghese makes you feel heard, she takes the time needed, answers any questions, very thorough! Highly recommend.
Drs. Weekes and the rest of the staff at Pearle Vision were a pleasure to meet! They are all very professional and helpful. Head over to them for all of your eye care needs in Andersonville.
