Bought my 7 year old here for a eye exam. Doctor was ok. He is prompt and very busy. I called and told them my daughter glasses seem as though they don't fit, and she still stated she having trouble seeing. They gave me a quick appointment to fix the issue.

The actual visit is quick. But picking up your product is a hassle. The hours listed are not correct. They seem to open and close whenever. Follow up is a mess. I had to call in and come to find out my glasses were there for a week. I go to pick up my glasses this morning at 1030am and the place was closed. I wouldn't recommend this place. If you can find better definitely put in the effort

No one answers the phone. It's never opened when advertised and you have the most difficult time securing your purchase because the employees are NEVER there to assist you after you've paid. I wish I could give no stars. I'll never come back nor recommend.

My first appointment was good Quick and ok service Had to call multiple times to get a answer, but I got threw so that's was fine, then I had an appointment at 8am and they didn't open until a little after 8, and the lady was answering the phone when I was inside. So I guess they are trying. But they service still needs improvement

This place is horrible and I will not recommend anyone to them. They office hours will say that they are open. However when I arrive or call they are close. People at the front desk never answer the phone. They told me to come and pick up my glasses but when I came they was close. I will not be doing service with them anymore

They are unprofessional, the receptionist let myself and my whole family sit in the office waiting to be seen for over an hour, before I had to ask her when would the doctor start seeing us. The bathrooms were disgusting !! I would not recommend this facility !!

It's the weirdest thing that I've ever seen. I was at their office since early morning and dr was not even here at office. Shocking!!! They had to call the dr to say a patient is waiting for you. Never seen that before!!! The girl at front desk is nice tho...
