Fabulous service and experience. Was in from out of town and in a jam with issues with my glasses. Tony was super helpful, very practical, and friendly too repairing them. Thanks a bunch to him and Eye Appeal!

Outdated booking practices. I successfully booked an appointment online but got a message to call them to keep the appointment so I did. They told me they didn't actually have any appointments that day but it "lets you book something". I cancelled. 1 star for wasting my time - allowing online booking for appointments that don't even exist.

After I managed to break my titanium frame, they fixed it quickly and for no charge. I appreciate that, as I need those glasses. Good people.

Dr. Ortiz is the best!!! I didn't have an appointment, but had an eye emergency and he was very accommodating and made time to see me. He is so kind, thorough with his exam, and did an amazing job educating me and explaining things with a visual eye model to help it all make sense. He answered all of my questions and took the time to do a bunch of different type of exams. They have really cool technology that I've never seen before at other eye doctors. Highly recommend this office!

Shoutout to Dr. Ortiz and the team at Eye Appeal in Chicago! Lost my glasses while visiting, and they went above and beyond to help me. Dr. Ortiz even made calls to find a lab that could make my specs in a day. Super helpful and kind--salamat!

Wow. Dr. Ortiz is easily the best doctor I've ever had the pleasure to meet. I had an emergency concern arise and called his office, to see if I could be seen. I received a call from him directly and I was squeezed into his schedule the same day. He is kind, patient, and thoughtful. He is very caring & I felt listened to and prioritized the entire time. This was my first experience with him, and it was as if I've been seeing him for decades.

Eye Appeal has consistently provided excellent service for me in the last few years. My experience is super positive and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. I have used several variations of lenses which I completely love, such as polarized and computer glasses. While I moved to a burb recently I will continue to head to the loop to help me with my glasses.

This is a perfect example of "you don't know what you've got til it's gone". I went to Eye Appeal a couple of years ago for new glasses/prescription. The frames took a little longer in getting them, but it was worth the wait; the service and knowledge from the doctors are impeccable, and they have a great selection of frames. Since then, I moved out of state, and just got a new prescription to go with the frames I got from Eye Appeal; the difference in the quality of the lenses is like night and day; not good at all! I'm making a special trip home next year to get my lenses from Eye Appeal; they will be worth the trip! I wish they had a location in Vegas!
