Thank you Dr. Ayzenberg! Thank you ladies from the front desk! So nice and kind! Most importantly they took me in when everyone else was too busy to give me an appointment when I was with a horrible pain in my eye. The doctor diagnosed me almost right away and his treatment plan started working the same day. The doctor also followed up multiple times to make sure I fully recover. I can't thank you enough. See you on my next follow up.

Completely agree with the remarks about rude staff and rude doctor. My glasses broke 4 and a half months after I got them while I was cleaning them. When I called the receptionist accused me of breaking them. I had to pay for new frames (no warranty) and I thought the new frame was ordered. After waiting to hear from them for a few weeks with no word, I called and a nice person answered this time. I was informed I have to give a CC before the order would be placed which no one told me the first time. Because of the delay in knowing I had to give a card the price of the frames increased $20. So I ended up paying more and waiting a couple months for new frames when it should have been no more than a couple of weeks. Except for the one nice person I was lucky enough to get this place is terrible and would never recommend going there unless you like being treated poorly.

My wife called around and scheduled a visit for a chatharact on my eyes. Reading the reviews didn't give me peace and I was skeptic, but showing up to the appointment changed everything. The place is nice, equipment high tech and people there amazing and friendly. Ivana took care of me, polite, knowledgeable and FOLLOWED UP before, during procedure times and after to make sure everything was on par. In two separate occasions I had both eyes done, chatharact removed from both eyes. Right side was so bad I couldn't drive with the left eye close before surgery. NOW I see like I have never seen before, even tough had contacts. Dr. Leo was professional, knowledgeable, polite and gifted. I know he can't please everyone but he's done it to me and thousands of others. Most people don't take time to write a review except the unhappy, that's a fact and sadly the story here I believe. Go ahead and visit this place, it will change the "way you see" it and you will be glad you did.

Wasn't even able to get more than a few words in before the receptionist here cut me off on the phone, yelling at me and not listening to a word I said. Worst customer service I've ever experienced from any office staff at a doctor's office, and I'm never expecting a lot. I was trying to place an order for contacts, and when I asked if I could use my insurance, she cut me off mid-sentence to quite literally yell at me that I don't need to see the doctor because I have a valid prescription already - and that's not what I was asking. She didn't even consider looking to see if my insurance was accepted, when in fact it is - and then hung up on me abruptly, assuming I didn't want them. Had to call back and deal with them again because I was so rudely dismissed. She was just as rude the previous two days when I called to see if a prescription I had faxed over was in yet. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I had called on a whim because I was having major discomfort in my eyes, the staff was able to put me in the same day and told me just to get there as soon as im able and before they close. Very friendly front desk staff and the Dr. Was very nice and thorough. I would recommend him for any eye issues.

Came in for a basic new prescription. He raced through my test and was far more interested in which brand of contacts I used 10 years ago than making sure my prescription was correct. Now I don't have faith that it's accurate. Disappointed.

Just one star for the lady who is sitting at front desk. She is very nice otherwise the doctor does not deserve a a single star. A very ill mannered doctor who does not know how to speak with patients. I suggest everyone not to go to see the doctor.

Been there multiple times but during my last visit i noticed a strange behavior in Dr ayzenberg. He was rude and throwing stuff around. I felt like i wasn't welcomed due to that strange attitude. Rest of the staff is great and very helpful.
