Excellent service, very friendly helpful staff, and Dr. Ricketts is exceptionally qualified, a patient and friendly man. The office was very accommodating when I had chosen a particular frame and decided a couple of weeks later that I preferred a different color. They ordered the new color frame and scheduled another appointment to fit the lenses into the new frame. Dr. Ricketts also re-examined my eyes to resolve a couple of other issues I was having. No charge. An excellent experience. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend Dr. Ricketts and his entire staff at Eye Mechanix in the Clark Street office!
